I’ve unfortunately had to come here a couple times for a few issues, but every time they have been wonderful. Reasonable transparent pricing. When I need something done soon they do their best to accommodate me.

I had the misfortune of taking my car to this shop. I'm a returning customer who was disrespected, insulted, and assaulted by the owner and his son or employee. I dropped off my car to get front-end work done and polish the car. On the first day, the owner was unprofessional as he was cursing like a sailor and carrying on about how he was having a bad day. So I told him that I have another shop that I could take it to, then his attitude switched to a more professional tone. They had done a good job before on my rear bumper and polished the entire car, so I decided to trust them with this job. Unfortunately, the guy who helped me a few years ago was no longer there, so I trusted that the owner of the shop would take care of it just as well. Nope! A few days later, I received a call saying that my car was ready for pickup. I got to the shop and assessed the job, and it was terrible. First, the hood was on crooked, so that had to be straightened out. The paint on the hood was not polished at all, nor was the car. I rubbed my hand across the hood, and it felt like sandpaper, and the paint job on the bumper clip was gritty. I'm sure everyone can agree that the paint on your car should be smooth like glass. The owner kept apologizing, saying he'll take care of it, and he "forgot" to wax and polish the car. OK! I left the car, and a few days later, I went to get it and pointed out a paint chip that wasn't there before, paint or polish overspray on the hood and both fenders, and on the bumper. When I pointed out the issues with the paint, the owner blew up on me. He ripped his shirt off like he was going to fight me about their shoddy workmanship. Another guy came running full steam, like he was going to attack me. I stood my ground and asked for my key so that I could go, and they were so angry, cursing and throwing slurs. They literally threw a key at me that wasn't mine, and another guy found my key, and I left. Never ever, ever giving these hacks business again!

They did an amazing job with fixing my car from a light fender bender. They also have great communication. On top of that I appreciate them vacuuming the inside of my car it was so nice and clean. One of the best Auto body shops I been to in a while.

I got my car repaired from here after my catalytic converter was stolen. It unfortunately took them 1 year and 2 weeks to get a new one. They said I was one of the last cars to get one for some reason. The service here was always good and they're always polite about it. Obviously it's no way their fault that it took that long which I was okay with. Once once came in, they gave me an update that my car would be ready soon. They also didn't charge me anything for the car being in their lot for over a year. After the new CC was installed the car worked well and had no issues. The only problem to take away was that there were a lot of superficial scratches on my car in the front and side. Luckily they look like things I can buff out on my own easily. There is a lot a big dent on the side which they tried to repair and a dent on the back. I can see this being a problem for some people but I don't really care since I plan on renting out my car now since I had to buy a new once since it took so long to fix. Overall, everyone there was polite and they got the job done. Per the reviews, it seems like it's going to take a while before the job gets done so be prepared to have a backup car. They did make it super simple with my insurance which I appreciated and also didn't give me a ton of hassle since I needed a week before I could come pick up my car.

I was referred to Giannini Auto Body by my insurance carrier and I will forever be grateful. From start to finish, the staff was informative. Thoughtful and went over and beyond any auto body shop I have ever dealt with. Being without your car can be stressful They made the arrangements for my rental car and handled everything for me. The owner Mike even offered to install my headlight bulb for free after I had tried to do it myself and failed. I am a lifelong customer and highly recommend this shop.

Giannini Auto Body is the best in the business! This is my fourth visit to the shop and I and my family will be customers for life. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides constant updates. My car is always look better than when I brought them honestly better than when originally purchased. This shop five stars from me.

I was devastated when my new car was rear ended And needed to have the bumper and back quarter panel replaced. I didn’t have rental coverage. Therefore I needed a shop who could get the work done quickly, I called around mini shops in the Daly City area. Most shops couldn’t even get my vehicle in for an estimate that week, but Giannini Auto Body understood my dilemma and offered to do a same day estimate. I went to the shop and was impressed by all of the staff. Nick, the estimator inspected my vehicle and promised an estimate within the hour, the shop was clean, they had the best coffee and I was sold. I had spoke with several other shops, and they estimated having my car nearly 2 weeks. Giannini Auto Body offered to have the parts pre-ordered in the work done in a fraction of the time By utilizing their in-house calibrations. In layman’s terms, making sure my cameras and safety features work correctly the shop performed exactly as promised and they have 100% of five star review from me.

A+++! Mike the owner is super involved, goes over and beyond, and extremly meticulous about the body work and paint they put out. The work has a lifetime warranty and the parts are high quality. I highly recommend Giannini’s Auto Body!

My 2020 Acura RTX had been both vandalized and in a front end accident. After asking several friends for a referral to a autobody shop, Giannini Auto Body came highly recommended. After contacting my insurance, I dropped my vehicle off to Giannini’s Autobody and my rental car was dropped off in minutes. The owner Mike Giannini was at the office And explained the full process. While my vehicle was being worked on Nick, the estimator called periodically, giving me updates on the status of my vehicle. My car was ready in time And the quality of the work was better than any I have seen. Not only is my car back in even better condition. His auto body had washed my car and arranged for my rental car to be picked up. I cannot say enough about the auto body level of professionalism, customer, service, and quality product our 2nd to 9

Had front bumper and inner grill replaced on my infiniti. So far so good. The work looks nicely done and the paint matches. Good customer service and everyone was cool to work with. Being an early bird, my favorite part is that they open at 730am, while the other shops are sleeping, which tells me that they get after it.
