If you are looking for extremely friendly and efficient staff this is the place to be. Thomas and rest of team are amazing. I've been working with this office for many years and I've never had a bad experience. They are always willing to help and do provide and excellent customer service.

I have been trying to get a replacement refund check from here for over a 2 months with no such luck. Everytime i call they blame the cooperate office. I also have tried calling today to see if they could explaon why i have yet to receive my check and they are closed but yet they say they open at 9:00 am and it is 10:11 am and they are still closed. On the phone it says i can be transferred to a representative who are available 24hrs a day but when it transfers me it says nobody is available to take my call.update it is 10:28 am and although they are to open at 9:00am they are still closed.Very poor customer service and i only rated them 1 star because there is no lower rating to give. I will never do business with State Farm again.update 11:40am they finally answered the phone and i got the same run around they are calling corporate and will call me back lol
