This is not about the folks working at this branch but about the Tri County Systems under which they operate. Just discovered they issue checks under their 'Bill Paying' service that have check numbers that conflict with the numbers on the paper checks issued to me, thus an inability to honor the 'Bill Pay' checks. In my correspondence with them I'm dealing with arrogance, bank jargon, and a feeling it's all my fault that the 'Bill Pay' checks recipient is not getting paid. I thought Homer Simpson was running the nuclear power plant, but it appears he's Systems Coordinator for Tri County. I'll soon be switching to a local credit union. I'm exhausted! To Megan S.
