Had to do a livescan and this is the place to go in Daly City. (Helps too since you can get get great Korean food a few feet away at Barts) It’s a family run business with great customer service. Kidus was very patient with me as doing livescans can be very fickle. Will probably return for my shipping needs too.

The level of customer service I received by Kidus at this business, was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond and was so helpful helping me take my live scan fingerprints for my new job. With his help, I was able to land my dream job!! This is a family owned business, so you get that old school quality customer service which you just don’t see anymore. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband dropped a package there today. He asked them to scan it in or a provide a receipt like UPS or Fedex does when you drop off a package. The owner, Farid, refuses to do it stating that the courier would be there to pick all the DHL packages within 30 minutes. He told my husband just leave it among other DHL packages. Later that evening, I checked the tracking number on the DHL phone number, and it shows that the item has not been received by DHL. We are going to hunting that package at Fastline tomorrow morning to find out what the heck happened. See you when you open, Mr. Farid. I think that you have explaining to do.

Came here to get a passport photo. Guy was really nice. Very quick and easy process. Only $18 to take and print the photo. If you need a passport photo, this place makes it quick, simple and stress free.

I didn't make an appointment, but managed to have a passport photo taken for my little one. The employee was very kind and patient throughout. Thank you! It was a better experience than USPS.

Did you ever have one of those days where it just seemed like everything was going your way? The stars were aligning, the sun was shining, and life was good and easy?I had one of those days yesterday thanks entirely to Kidus at Fastline Shipping.I had just come back from a girls' trip in Mexico and wanted to send our friend there a thank you gift for hosting/translating/tolerating us. I first went to UPS and was told that UPS store would not ship a package to Mexico. I then asked them about the nearest DHL store and they directed me to Fastline Shipping.I walked in with my ridiculously oversized box and gasped when I saw what the shipping price was going to be. Kidus then repackaged my gift into an envelope and saved me $100.00!!!!! He was so kind and friendly that I was simply blown away. Whatever Fastline Shipping is paying Kidus is NOT ENOUGH as that man is a TREASURE! It wasn't just saving a hundred bucks, it was his whole demeanor and cheerfulness. You honestly can't interact with him without smiling. I walked out of that place in the best mood ever and it lasted the rest of my day. Fastline Shipping now has a customer for life!Thank you Kidus!!!!

I needed some help printing/sizing a passport photo I shot at home, and with a phone call and emailed image, was able to come in and pick up what I needed very quickly. The person there understood just what I needed, and was able to provide it swiftly, pleasantly, and at a reasonable price. (They can also shoot passport photos there.) They're close to the DC BART station and have a 20 minute parking zone right in front of their shop. Thanks, Fastline!

Excellent shipping place with good service. We needed a computer shipped to a boat in Tahiti! They did it for us our friend received it as promised and all went smoothly and well done. They wrapped it, packed it, and delivered as requested! No doubts these guys know what they are doing! Will go there next time...Thanks!
