It’s great when they bother to work the counter. I even went to the front and had them call somebody on the intercom and nobody showed up.Decided to drive an extra 10min to a dedicated fedex location instead

Horrible! Pharmacist Saba - most incompetent egomaniac pharmacist ever! Absolutely incredible! Went in person, was given wrong medication after having verified that it was available for pick up. I get home and have to call back no less that 12 times to get them to help but to no avail - first doesn't know what medication should be available, then doesn't let me talk to tech who had just told me name of medication; I have to call back to speak to the store manager to let me talk to the tech to get the name of the medication; the tech is afraid to talk to me because she is intimidated by pharmacist who still insists she knows best what is going on. Finally the tech gives the name of medication, then transfers to pharmacist who hangs up on me. Again have to call back the store manager to get me to pharmacy because they are not picking up. Finally pharmacist Saba attempts to process medication but then says her computer is too slow and that I should call in the morning and hangs up. Again, I have to ask store manager to go help pharmacist Saba with the computer, she then again hangs up on me. And, same process repeats several times- finally computer processed and says she'll check if medication is in stock (which had previously been verified was in stock and ready for me to pick up - and again pharmacist Saba hangs up on me. I call yet again and go through store manager because Saba is not picking up in pharmacy or pick up and hanging up. Now pharmacist Saba says they don't have medication in stock. It's been more than two hours - never in my life have I ever experienced such outright malicious incompetence! Absolutely horrifying!

Walgreens is suppose to be open 24/7! Don't be fooled. Last night, I had trying meds for my post op pain control but I could get any person to answer the phones. I was in the hospital trying to assure, I have the meds for severe pain. I was on "hold", for the 2 customers ahead for 25 mins. I was then told they were 24/7 closing early! This is not the first time that this 24/7!closes early. I called several times to get updates from anyone but again the "hold time for 1 customer ahead" were absurd! Finally I get a real person, can't give me any information about the "real pharmacy hours today". Now, at home, I am so stressed that my son in law waiting for the prescription that was sent at 6 and is still not done at 9:30. He is told to wait or he will not be able to go the meds. 9:50 he is told that they can not release to him. I sent the photos of the Home Orders Post Op care. They said they are closing at 10 pm. I don't what my son in law, the medication were release to him. Customer service at this location has never been great but the 24/7 has kept me as a customer. I gave 2 stars because a previous time, a female was kind that to rush a home delivery of meds that were supposed to have picked up. If you have to use this Walgreen WestLake location, VERIFY THE OPEN HOUR! Also, their in store wait line is horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS LOCATION. I hope this review spares you stress

Worst pharmacy experience ever. You wait in line for Pharmacy drop off. You gave the person the medication as well as insurance information. She tells you that she will expedite the process. Hoping it will be faster. So you wait in the pick up line. Then, once you are in pick up line, they can't find your information so they send you back to drop off line. I had to do the process again. For some odd reason, these people are running around as if they need two people to help one customer. This place is a mess. I don't even know how they are still operating. This Walgreen was my go to when I was younger but now, it was a mistake sending my meds here. You have people complaining left and right and yet management doesn't do anything about it. Hire more staffing and actually train them so you don't have two technicians helping one customers.

If you wanna wait for the following on a Monday morning go ahead and give it more than a star1. 20 minutes In line for prescription a called for ahead of time2. 20 minutes Went to a different line since there was an Issue with insurance, turns out 1 medication needed a doctors prescription 3. Told me they're out of stock. I asked them to call the other wallgreens, and they said that they cannot, and that I should go over there. Guess what... see line #44. 30 minutes Commute to the other nearest Walgreens and wait in line. Westlake to San Pedro Asked me why I didn't receive the other one at the other store when in their system it said they were in stock.5. Was told to Wait 30 minutes (not realistic since it took less than 10 minutes) and paid for the prescriptions 6. 5 minutes Went shopping for one item. Had to go back in line. Although this time debated between the pharmacy and the front to pay for my items. Selected the front Also, I have to say just to purchase an item, you have to input all of that information. Can they simplify that? In summary, not sure, spending that much time in Walgreens is realistic? CVS please don't disappoint

Came here to pick up some milk and curious to check on the pharmacy to see if things improved at all. Nope. Still long lines all times of the day. Expect 5-10 mins wait for EACH person in-front of you. There is always problems with everyone's prescription or insurance holding up the line. I am so glad I switched pharmacy. I been using this pharmacy for 25 years and it's sad to switch. Just avoid at all costs.

This recipe is primarily about the pharmacy. I would rate 1 star. It's so frustrating when you call in advance to get the pharmacy hours open, recording says 9p, make a special trip roughly 20 min as the only listed 24/7 pharmacy listed. ... Hey there and store had sign that says actually closed at 8p....ok... Then realized the metal blockage had a printed sign saying,' due to staffing shortage pharmacy closed at 6p. It's completely UNACCEPTABLE... That they don't accurately update the signage and recordings with actual times open for business.The rest of the store is average/ normal for this world time of limited services and rampant criminals.

Limited pharmacy hours at Walgreens Westlake in DALY CITY CA. And occasionally an extra day or two in order to fill a prescription. But overall I love the Walgreens at Westlake Center in DALY CITY CA.

This Walgreens is absolute garbage. For so many reasons, the worst of which is the constant line at the pharmacy. See the picture I've included with the ridiculously long line at the pharmacy? The line that's literally to the front door and not moving? That wasn't unusual - it's like that ALL THE TIME. And if you ever actually get to the counter, I can guarantee you there will be a problem with your order and they won't know what to do about it. It's not just me; my husband, roommate - we ALL have this issue. We're in the process of transferring to CVS, but it's a total pain to get prescriptions transferred. Oh! And you know how the pharmacy is listed as open 24/7 (which was the entire reason I even went there in the first place - I work nights)? It's not. Apparently they now close at 8. I only know this bc there's a handmade sign at the counter you're never going to see.Run, don't walk, to CVS or any other pharmacy imaginable.

Awful experience at FEDEX location they have inside.. they would basically make faces and super loud if you ask them for anything.. it’s my third time this happened. Since I moved close to this location.. they don’t even know how to take a print out. Shift leader Judith was very very helpful too.. basically no matters or customer support service at all. No manners. Loud for no reason.. and very very disrespectful peppe who work at FedEx counter.. if they have FedEx stuff inside. Better learn how to use it.
