I can't believe I never wrote a review on our Insurance agent who's been w/us for almost a 2 decades ever since when her office along w/then Emily. Presently Joy Cai w/assistant Grace have been responsive to any of my needs & questions answered promptly. We recently file a claim w/James Ward & they took the patience to make sure everything was covered. No one legitamate buys insurance thinking of using it but when it's needed, u r glad it's there. State Farm & Allstate r no long taking new policies which describes the the status of their institution. I'm glad I stuck w/Farmers when they're most needed b/c we each have our backs. Joy has been our insurance agent for years, and we honestly couldn't survive this life without her! She, and Farmers, have been truly outstanding, and have been deeply supportive and communicative during the few times we've needed to reach out to them. We will never go with anyone other than Joy, and Farmers, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I usually don't write reviews online, but I believe Joy and her team well deserve it! Joy was referred by one of our family friends to her agency a few years ago, we met with her to set up both the auto and homeowner policies with Farmers sometime in 2013, it was a smooth transaction, Joy was very friendly and helpful to help us to understand our insurance needs. Ever since we met her in 2013, we never contacted her until our last accident in June this year. We were hit by other driver, so we filed the claim through the other company, but they were trying to decline our claim. As soon as we notified Joy's office about this accident after all so many trouble we went through with the other party, her team was able to start the claim with Farmers at the moment we called, our car was repaired in a week by Farmers plus a rental car from them! Just last Friday, we got an email from Joy to inform that the other company finally excepted the claim and sending our deductible back in a couple of weeks! WOW! It was a great experience to work with Joy and her team, wish we would have started this with them on the first day of the accident! Highly recommended to check with Joy for all your insurance needs!

I know when I dealing with Cai Insurance agency I will always leave feeling confident that I given the best advise for all my insurance needs weather it is Home, Auto, or Life Insurance I am always treated like family.
