Went in to fix a flat tire. They took out two nails and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price. Next day we noticed it was still deflating a bit and came back and they found a third shard and fixed that complementary. He also pointed out part of our plastic cover for the wheel was broken.
Great experience and honest. Would recommend

I called with a desperate tire repair. Caught a huge screw my right rear tire. Called wheel works but next available appointment was for Monday at 11. I am not free to miss hours at work so I quickly googled tire shops. DRS popped up, I called...a nice gentleman named Danny answered. Told him quickly what was my issue and he said come on over now. It's a Saturday mind you and 3:30 pm. Told him my name and that I'd be there in about 10 mins. Got there and he came out promptly and directed me to where to position my car. He got the car Jack started and boom....$40 for the fix and he did check all my other tires and put air in as needed. Cozy small gem I call it located in Daly City. It was a HUGE relief to have this taken care of quickly and I plan on returning if my car needs any service in the future. The location is where the old Good Year Shop was close to Little Caesars Pizza. Thank you Danny once again!!!

This review is way long overdue. I've been going to Danny for many years for multiple vehicles of mine. I've read the negative reviews...you just have to know Danny, he's old school, just the way I like it. If you want great customer service and fill out a survery after...go to the dealer or somewhere else! If you're good with him, then he'll be good with you. Danny knows his stuff, I can go to him, tell him what's wrong and he'll figure it out.

The main mechanic is who is in charge of charging and accepting payments got hurt when I said I'm double checking what's wrong w my car because I'm spending more than a thousand for repairs. He got mad. He personalized what I plan to do in 2x checking my car since I'll be spending money. Dude it's my money I want to make sure it's worth it. Turns out the problem on my car was not the one that this shop recommended.

Got to the shop at 4:49 and asked for a tire repair. The guy said no were closed. I showed him that the time online said that they close at 5:30. He said, he did not care and that I'm on his time. I went in good faith willing to give him money for a service but obviously he could care less for how he talks to a potential customer. If he knows the time online is wrong, then fix it. Do not mistreat what could have been a customer. NEVER coming back.

Called to get a price for a tire change. He said it would be $40. I replied the other shop quoted $30, and then he hung up on me.
