Another excellent job from Discount Plumbing today!! Saul aka Spanky aka Big Teddy Bear came over in the morning to snake a shower drain and repair a toilet that kept running. Amazing and fast and totally reliable!! Discount is my go to plumber for my home and my rental properties!! This is the second review that I’ve left and I can tell you that they remain consistently excellent. What really sets them apart is how friendly the service people are. From the moment you call and they ask “what can we do to put a smile on your face” to the texts you receive with your technician’s ETA and picture to the service guys who cover their shoes coming into your property to the speed and efficiency of their work, to the discounts they offer long time customers…these guys are at the absolute top of their game!!!

Discount Plumbing is simply the best! I had a pipe blockage spewing sewage onto my front lawn in the late evening. I called Discount Plumbing. The process was effortless. They had professionals out in less than an hour. They sent names and photos of the plumbers on their way with an ETA. When they arrived, they were consummate professionals in every way. Saul fully explained the diagnostic process and treatment options, immediate and long-term. They cleaned up. The price was excellent. They guaranteed their work. I wouldn’t want to have plumbing problems again, but if I do, I’m glad I can call on Discount Plumbing.

Good professional service, LP was very courteous, explained well what the problem was and what needed to be done.

We worked with Plumber Efrain P. And he was very professional. On-time. Text message prior to arrival. Honest and good explanations of why things need to be changed. He fixed our toilet that was refilling slowly and making a squeaking noise. He also helped us with our tankless water heater which needed to be flushed. Overall a great experience and would recommend!
