Ok wow. So I'm parked waiting for my grandmother in front of the back entrance door. There is no sign whatsoever that says no parking nothing on the ground, wall, nothing. A woman comes out of the door puts up a printed sign on the door that says "parking for delivery only" and tells me rudely I have to move because this isn't parking. I tell her I didn't know. I move my car out of that spot into the space next to it which I will admit was not a parking spot but I was trying to get a hold of my grandmother to tell her I have to park far away because the lot was full and my grandmother gets confused easily. As I'm doing this someone pulls into the "delivery parking" and tells me that I'm not in a parking spot. I say I know and that the spot that the person just pulled into isn't a spot either. This person gets out of the car, is wearing scrubs and a name tag, gets his backpack out of the back seat and walks into the back entrance. "Delivery only"??? Or were you saving a spot for your coworker? SHAME ON YOU!!!

This facility has been doing a great job with covid-19. Everyone must go through screening at the door and the patients feel safe.

I was a patient at Westlake for several years. During that time, the entire staff, including techs, nurses, and support personnel, were incredible. They always had time to explain procedures to me, to answer my questions, and to teach me what to do to maintain my lifestyle and health. No matter what they were doing, the minute an alarm sounded, everybody perked up to see which patient was in need of assistance. Many days I was there at the end of the day, and after working a 12 to 14 hour day, the staff was as alert and attentive as ever.

I've been a patient at DaVita from 2013 to July 2019. The nurses and Techs have become my friends. We joked, no judgements. Now that I got a transplant, it will sound unbelievable when I say I was happy on dialysis. I don't know when I can say I'm happy without it.

The front lobby often doesn't have any staff members to check you in or if you have questions.

My mom comes here 3x a week. I pick her up at least one of those times and the staff here are very nice. The treatment center is very clean. Definitely one of the nicest Davita in the area

I visited a friend here and that was easy enough but my friend wanted me to add his experience to this review as he is too ill to write. They often cut him short on his dialysis time because of their own scheduling restrictions and he feels that the staff can be rude and ignore his needs.
