Very fast and honest service. I received a quote and paid exactly that, no surprises. I was a first time customer and they demonstrated very well that they cared about the customer. They were even casually talking to some on a first name basis. Will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future.

I had a funky noise in my car. They took a look and it was some loose bolts. I also had an oil change and a wheel alignment because I recently got new tires. I always find them helpful and honest. My car is ready when they say it will be.

I had a misfire issue on my 2018 bmw 430i that a few shops couldn't figure out.. brought it to Das auto and the where able to find that the spark plug was fouled. They Replace all 4 spark plugs and solved the problem! I appreciate Quan's attention to detail and honesty.. 5 star shop! I highly recommend Das auto!

I called in to schedule an appointment for a simple oil change and regular inspection of my vehicle. Nothing crazy. The guy over the phone was easy to work with. I was pretty excited to try this place out since there are a ton of great reviews. For my oil change, they charged 70 bucks, which is I guess the standard now. The reason why I was disappointed is because everything felt super impersonal. They took my car and a short while later, I was handed my keys and that was it. I then asked if there was any feedback on my car like if they noticed I needed to get maintenance done or whatever. For context, the last auto shop I used to go to all the time always updated me on the status of my car like if I needed maintenance. The guy said no. I thought ok, well that's good. So I hopped back into my car and drove off. A few days later, my tire pressure lights turn on. When I checked the pressure on my tires, all of them were below PSI. My old shop I used to go to always made it a point to top off tire pressure and check the fluids of the cars to ensure nothing was low or needed repairs. It just felt really bad. There was nothing wrong with the oil change and my car runs fine, but the whole customer service experience felt really impersonal and the fact that they didn't bother to at least do a maintenance check or top off fluids or check tire pressure just soured my experience here. They get the job done if nothing else.

5/5 for their service, location, and environment. I was visiting my mom when I realized it may be a good time to get an oil change. I called them early morning to ask if they allowed any walk-ins and they said yes. I can definitely tell they get busy, so I highly recommend setting up and appointment! When I got there, they were super nice to me and let me know that my car would be done in an hour. I sat in their waiting room and my car was done before I knew it. In the 35 minutes I was sitting in the waiting room, 5 other people showed up after me. I definitely recommend setting up an appointment with them because I could easily see a customer waiting at least 4 hours for their vehicle since they have exceptional customer service. Their garage and waiting room is clean, and the men that work there are nice and are pretty laid back. All-in-all, my car was great, came back the way I left it, and the guys there were nice to me. Can't complain! Great experience. Would come back again.

Found them on yelp when I needed a oil change and went there same day, Lalo helped me when I got there and was done in less than a hour. Pricing was fair and staff was attentive and friendly.

I don't go to the dealership anymore because of this place. Quan is very responsive and will give you the service you need for less that dealership will charge you.

I am THRILLED. I don't "do" thrilled easily.I got stellar service with an unrequested rapid turnaround at a great price with UNMARKEDUP new parts! Plus, my brake rotors were fine so they left them alone and skipped the opportunity to gouge me.FOUR other vendor responses about this same repair were DOUBLE the parts costs and clearly shot for the moon despite knowing this car is old had little value. Now I see why they're the highest rated repair shop in the area.
