Even longer given the dentist I remember cricket wireless long ago when they had everything excellent now there's some b****** have everything broken a phone a good quality phone should not have problems with being frozen it shouldn't have problems in it being stuck it shouldn't be having problems with defects and having things turned on by themselves without you setting it up that way it should not be erasing the auto correction speaker and it did it also should not be having other defects and side effects in this phone you guys don't guarantee that your phones are truly truly brand new and I'm in really brand new I am paying $60 you guys ripped me off of my extra service a full coverage of Internet data and gigabytes I have less gigabytes than what I should some of the apps I cannot process to get them uploaded because the idiot guy that I went to somewhere down past story world or wherever you guys are located you shouldn't have never left oak ridge Mall and you really need to fix your products and services it really sucks you guys are another Metro don't sit there and say that AT&t gives you providing services that are excellent and 100% to a t this is been happy now for quite a while now when are you going to make it right and stop ripping off your customers and fake phones that are broken and resell it what the f*** a full should also have the memory along with the chip that comes in it and your backup you shouldn't be charging it separate that's a rip off I'm very pissed and very angry at your poor quality of service Olga

I was shopping at the 99 ranch market and my phone doesn't work somehow. Despite the fact that I'm using Verizon, the boy who works there is still willing to help me solve the problem patiently and friendly.

The guy working there is among the rudest people I’ve met working in customer service. I asked him a question and he not only raised his voice at me when he said he didn’t know the answer, but he also stormed off. Simply shocking.

He's so friendly,he did good at talking to the customers,just a bit rude to the part of the customers.He promised the cleaner that he wouldn’t tell anyone the code of the restroom.When someone asked him about the restroom,he was so bad at someone,but he was doing what he thought his doing was right.Some customers always asked him about the code of the restroom,not the service and plans about the cricket.He was good to me,and all of you were wrong about him.He did as a reason,just he wasn’t good at telling anyone the truth.If I were the customer,I would never ask him about the restroom,because that was annoying and hated.I will refer a friend to the cricket and make him proud.

Terrible attitude and services. I asked a very general question regarding the plaza and the staff was on his phone while waving me away, refuse to make eye contact as well. I can understand a quick response such as, "I don't know." But waving me away like I am an animal is extremely disrespectful. They need more employees training regarding manner.
