Had an absolutely amazing experience with Marta and her shop at Colma. They were incredibly detailed in the work they performed and did so ahead of schedule. The work they performed looked incredible, almost as if the car looks brand new.
What I enjoyed best was the transparent communication with Marta/team, how consistent they were in their communication (even when dealing with me and my partner) and how they made me feel comfortable every step of the way to ensure this didn’t disrupt our lives.
I highly recommend this shop and will come here for all of my future auto body needs

I had a great experience at Colma Auto Body Shop. Took my car there to get it fix after someone hit my rear bumper. Marta and Esmeralda were very helpful and they kept me on the loop with the progress of the repairs during the week. I got my car back quick. I recommend anyone that needs their car fix to stop by Colma Auto Body Shop

Let me just say that Martha and Esmeralda are the best. I've been here on more than one occasion and the service is always incredible and the work is even better. They are honest and will make sure you leave satisfied. I will only go here for my auto body needs. Don't waste your time with other overpriced shops when you can go here. They deserve way more than five stars.

My car was hit at the back and the bumper got broken. I found Colma Auto Body Shop in Yelp and it had good reviews. The reviews were right. Marta was very accommodating and nice. She responded pretty fast to my questions. The service was great and efficient. As soon as the parts were available, I took in the car and they repaired it in three days. The car looks brand new now!

Went here after my first accident and I had no idea what to do. The people here were so kind in helping me figure out everything from insurance end to what was wrong. The repair did take longer than originally expected but they were communicative when they found more damages and always gave me an updated timeline. When I got my car back it was like new, they even cleaned the insides and painted over some non related scratches :) 10/10 I felt like I was talking to friends rather than a business.

Everyone here is super nice and genuine! My brother accidentally rear ended a parked car and I had a few scratches. I researched this body shop and they worked super fast with my insurance with Kaiser. I couldn't be more happier!!!

All I can say is WOW! This place takes customer service to the next level. I came to Colma Auto Body after being rear-ended. Although we ultimately decided to simply total the car, Marta was kind enough to talk me through the entire process to ensure I was well informed on next steps. She was patient and very communicative and I truly appreciated having her in my corner. For all auto body needs, please do come to Colma Auto Body. As a shop, they are looking to create a relationship with their local community, so that any and all can get a service that is reliable and customer oriented.

Got into a small accident and had some body damage on my car, after getting into an accident what you need is more stress and worries. They helped me get a quote that could not be better anywhere else. Agreed to the price and the work that was going to be done and they got started right away and my car turned out great like nothing ever happened. I had some light cosmetic damage to my trunk. It was getting to the point where I was not sure if the rain would completely rust my trunk, which would have cost me even more money if I don't do anything. I spoke with Marta first on Yelp and she was a complete professional, super patient and made me feel comfortable. I went in for an in-person estimate and Marta assured me that if I got my trunk painted, this would save me some money in the long run. I took the plunge and dropped my car. When I got it back, it looked like I had a brand new trunk. The job was super professional and looked great. Marta even gave me care instructions to ensure that the point job lasted. Oh and did I mention that the cost was more than $200 less than the other estimates I got with amazing quality.Bottom line - I'm so happy I went to Colma Auto Body and they were so professional and made my car look like it was brand new.
