I had been searching for this car for several months, and I finally got a great deal from Sam! He is incredibly straightforward and never tries to confuse you with slick sales talk. Sam is genuinely reliable and someone you can trust.
Brother Sam's service was very warm and thoughtful. Picking up the car was very pleasant and smooth. It was not easy to go to Daly City, but luckily everything went smoothly in one trip. This was our first time at City Toyota, but not our first time buying a new Toyota, and it was a fantastic experience. We had a complicated trade-in and refinancing situation, but the managers at City Toyota went above and beyond to help us out. Special thanks to Kate, who guided us through the entire process. By the way, if it matters to you, Kate speaks Russian. Thanks to City Toyota and Kate, we'll definitely be coming back for our next Toyota!

Came and do the auto maintenance, they don’t give ride anymore.. we waited there for 3 hours and nothing around the area, will go other location next time definitely and the lady in the coffee station was rude a bit..

They do the work okay, but they're extremely overpriced and will try to upcharge you with a bunch of unnecessary services. This is both on new vehicle purchases and on Toyota maintenance. Wish there was another Toyota spot nearby :(

We had a great experience of buying a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid at City Toyota! Leon Chu was fantastic to work with. He is extremely knowledgable about all kinds of Toyota and Lexus cars down to details life time of different components of the car etc. He addressed all of our concerns with knowledge and great care. What I appreciate most about Leon is that he is NOT trying to sell us a car, instead he is trying to help us to find the car we want. He really spent the time to listen and understand our needs. Accordingly, he recommended the best option we should go after. We truly enjoyed working with him, and it was such a smooth process to get the car we wanted in simple two visits to City Toyota. Came here for an oil change and vehicle maintenance checkup.
When I got my vehicle back, the oil and coolant levels were correct, tires were rotated, and the oil change sticker was updated. However, they messed up my trunk liner plastic panels and it took effort to put them back into place. Pretty sure it's permanently damaged judging how hard they yanked them to get to the spare tire.
What I really didn't like was how it took 3 hours in total. Anyone who has done their own oil change knows it takes at most 45 minutes if you do it at a reasonable pace. How does switching tires and checking coolant levels take another 2+?
If you're under warranty or Toyotacare, go for it and take a gamble. If you're paying out of pocket, protect your car and go elsewhere.

Wow . Sam Li and Ling Guo assisted me in purchasing my new car ? excellent professional customer service Sam even came down to finish the deal on his day off that's what I call customer service.There was no pressure and they both broke down every question and concern I had in layman's terms . Pricing was definitely a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend City Toyota . Purchasing a car can be stressful believe me but Sam and Ling made it easy.
