Chase Bank is a huge bank with more money than you can imagine. Chase Bank customer service is terrible and you as a customer are not valued. There are so many other banks that will value you as a customer. You don't need this bank and the lack of functionality shows in their banking services.

Amazing service and knowledge by Nicholas Anderson, with the investment part of JP Morgan. We went to him for help in setting up some accounts and different suggestions for investment alternatives/strategies. He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, and also followed up. We would definitely recommend him.

Girlfriend received a letter to have something updated. Branch manager informed us that she can't do it because it's something my girlfriend needed to do and that it's against company policy if she or anyone touches it and she never did this in her 10+ years working or something. However, we went to a different branch and they were more than willing to assist us. What she initially explained to us would be a tedious process, the guy in another branch finished it within his computer in 10-15 minutes. This branch literally doesn't give two cans on their work and the Branch Manager literally gives off a passive aggressive tone while acting like she's hospitable. Tried making us sound stupid in front of everyone in there. Good thing I don't bank at Chase, I wouldn't touch this place. The ratings are legit, Chase needs to fix the customer service at this team or train them on things they don't know how to do apparently.

There was a bit of a wait, as I needed assistance from one of the Bankers. There was no one to greet me and seating was limited. However, once I was given assistance by the Relationship Banker, Jacob Li, he was very patient, professional and attentive to my situation and needs. For extra assurance, he offered to follow up with me, after the weekend, to confirm that my account was in order. Thank you Jacob. I appreciate you.

I really wanted to give them a better rating, the first time I was in this branch they totally took care of me. I'm the board president of a not for profit and I needed to sign documents and this branch was able to take care of me. But this past week, I had to go in to get them to issue pins for my employees debit cards and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Being lectured by the bank manager like I'm stupid, doesn't help her or me. She had a hard time understanding what I needed. Every time I went to speak she cut me off. We have a personal banker who takes care of us, but due to what I needed I had to go into the bank I needed to have pins made up and activated. Donna who's the manager there said she can't do it. She wasn't listening to me. I ended up going back the next day, because our personal banker told her that yes, the bank could help me, so finally I got the pins set up, but they did not activate them. What the hell? I had to call the personal business banker up late Friday afternoon to find out the bank did not activate the cards. Even after they told me they had. Zero Sadly, I believe this bank bases their service by the way you look. I don't dress up to impress anyone, and I got the look over many times at this branch. Never judge a book by its cover.

Not very enthusiastic staff that works there. Seems like the teller doesn't really want to help and the manager there is useless.

Older teller was on her phone( head down) n asked her to stamp for deposit only ( 1ck rental tenant) , refused said " you MUST sign the bk., I left

Had a great experience with Selina, Business Banker. She is very professional, personable and went the extra mile for me. Told her about my business and she made helped me make the most logical choices. She is also very responsive and followed up with me with account updates. Thank you, girl!

Worst Chase bank ever. I went in person to ask for help with my account and there was no one there to help clients and the one gentleman that was there was too busy talking on his cell phone. Then after 15 minutes a young lady comes out and says we can't help you because it's your account and I just need to go home and watch Chase videos on how to set up my account. They need better employees who care about customer service. These people are getting paid to do nothing but dit on their phones. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHASE. WASTE OF TIME.

I've been here a few times to deposit money and exchange coins, and so far all the bankers I've dealt with seem kinda rude. They sound miserable every time I go there. Like I get it, you don't like your job, but don't take it out on customers. I've worked in retail for over 10 years, and I know how exhausting it feels to help people, but it doesn't hurt to at least smile, that's the bare minimum!

Such a horrible experience. Met with the guy Siu Alan. Wasn't even interested in keeping me as a customer. And so unprofessional asking me all the personal questions. Wouldn't even let me open an bank account. I guess I ll stick with Bank of America then.
