william the bank manager is very nice. paulette assisted me and my mom with regards to IRA. we have the best customer service with this guys! ???

I closed my accounts and FRB since they were taken over by them. They require you have $130k to retain your safe deposit box but I wasn't informed about this change in policy. It took a friend to tell me this. Secondly I can't connect with any team at the branch. I ran down to the Polk branch and the teller told me I needed to talk to a mgr. The customer service told me to go down to the branch. I told her I resented being bounced around like a ping pong ball. She said I can close the box. I said "Like I care! Gladly!" It's obvious making their customers happy isn't their priority. All they do is aggravate and stress us out and don't answer calls at their branches. U call Sterling, Citibank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo - they are reachable at the branches. I am sooo happy to wash my hands with this bank. Shit service!!! I transferred my funds to Sterling Bank.

Shotout to William at this branch. I went to Stonestown and Alemany branches today and no one was willing to help me. The employees insisted that what I need will take them an hour and they don't have time. My request was probably not William's responsibility, but as a teller, he made an effort and was able resolve it for me in less than 5 min.

The bankers simply help who ever they want. And do not go by first come first serve as other banks do. This is very unfair to those who dont know any banckers personally. The customer service has really gone down at this location.

Service is soo bad???, we had a valid gov issued id and stuff refused to accept it . She didnt even let us sit, and asked our name. She immediately ask if we do have required documents and when we show it she told its not accepted. From the beginning she was looking to find a reason not to accept us.

To get to the point this chase wouldn't let someone deposit my rent check! Because of my school/work schedule it has been very hard to deposit my rent check (landlord insists on check). This month there was just no way to make the hours. I was able to have a friend help. They were turned away! They told me they explained the situation and said the teller would not deposit it. Either I or the person on the account had to do it. I have never NEVER had a problem at Stonestown. They don't even ask me for my ID to deposit a check. And when I tried to call to see what the issue was because maybe policies have changed idk. They don't pick up. I called multiple times. And according to other reviews this is the norm. It's kind of ridiculous that a basic service was denied. My friend went to stonestown without any issue. The teller there even filled the slip out. No issues.
