When i got there the rooms smell like dust as if they haven’t been used in yearsThe shower head was so clogged it literally went anywhere but youThe bathroom was small toThe handle to the bathroom door also didnt close unless you forced the door shutWould never come here again this is sad considering I love hotel rooms

Very convenient location for event at Cow Palace. The hotel is cozy and, clean and friendly owners. Water and snacks provided constantly and available to pickup at the lobby.Nearby activities: Near Cow Palace

There is no option for extra beds. The rooms are crowded and stuffyThe attitude is antipathetic and the service is cold and they are not even willing to give extra blankets.There is no coffee machine in the rooms or at all which is standard in all the hotels I've been to in the United States

Really don't go!!!This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.After Corona, there will never be breakfast.Those who go knowing that it exists are out of luck.I can't sleep because of the mold smell in the room. Even though we are not sensitive to mold, the smell is so disgusting that we get hives all over our bodies.If you want to get bitten by bugs dozens of times, you can go.There is no separate front desk, and the only explanation is to give the key and place it in the return bin without any contact.Don't expect any services such as hot water or coffee.Rooms: a mess

Best budget motel you can find in the city. Very clean. Mostly quiet(except for 1 occasion. Price is higher than I would like but doable.

Great deal! Looked for a place to stay after a concert at the Midway and this place super convenient and priced fairly.Walking distance to a grocery outlet. Very clean. Lady up front was very nice and even if everything was good when I was leaving. Would come back again

To the people that are complaining buy another room.The rooms with the double bed are more comfortable and have a mini fridge a tv charging ports ac and a lamp pretty much everything you need also includes a bucket for ice for drinks nice hotel I would recommend and I come to this motel from San Diego to leave my sister in her collage totally recommend could add some little simple things but over all good motel for the price and the stuff inside.

Good place for the price. The only thing I wanna complain about is: even if you talk to the front desk for lte checkout, at 11 AM someone knocks and yells check out and opens the door immediately…!

It's a good value if you're just using it as a place to end up after a show at the Midway. Free parking, an 8 minute Uber, and clean rooms. Nothing fancy but it did the job. Very friendly staff as well.

Needed an inexpensive spot with free parking to attend an event at the Chase Center and didn't want to pay expensive SF hotel pricing along with crazy high parking fees so I booked BridgePoint Inn since it's a short walk away from the Muni light rail Sunnydale station that would take us all the way to Chase Center. This is a great spot to crash for the night. The area is sus if you're going to be walking around but if you're staying within property boundaries, you'll be fine.
