Being here felt like I'm in the Philippines! Long lines, rude agents.. the list could go on and on. A simple transaction made complicated lol it took me 30 mins just to pay a bill. What's worse? They were shouting my account number out loud for everyone to hear.

They can make the service better, If there is a new customer that needs to fill out the form they should give the form to that customer and Fill out the form on the side and take care of the next customer when that last customer finish doing the paperwork then take care of that customer in that way they can take care of more customers and also give more courtesy to the customers.

We're looking for a remittance who can help us send money ASAP to the Philippines. Without further due and with no hassle, BDO Remit Daly City in Gellert Blvd., was the best remittances in the city. We tried several remittance centers but none of them could help us, could comply and resolved our needs.Mr. Dennis, the manager of BDO Remit, patiently and personally handled our transaction which I could say ours is a little bit complicated but to no avail, he managed to process it, according to the needs of his client. Mr. Dennis and his staffs did above and beyond their duties. Me and my wife personally recommend them. They are the BEST! Thank you so much Mr. Dennis.

They're not really open til 7PM. Me and one other person arrived at 6:45PM but weren't able to enter as they had already locked their doors even though posted signs on the door said 7PM, their displayed OPEN sign said 7PM, and their website said 7PM. After we pointed out through the glass that the sign said OPEN, the person behind the counter then came and switched the open sign to closed and pressed a sign up to the door that said "same day transactions can only be made before 6:30PM". Okay, what if i don't need the transaction to be same day and i just need it there the morning day after? why lock the doors half an hour before the posted closing time that's listed in 3 different places?

So glad to see a BDO remittance in my neighborhood. Transaction was easy and employees were very nice and answered my questions as it was first time remitting money to relatives in the Philippine.
