Quick service, bought a used copier and delivered next day, so far so good! We are in another state and need it a machine for a customer in their area, very helpful!

The entire BAOS staff has been fantastic since we leased our machine 2 years ago. They go out of their way to send out toner the same day we request it. The unit had a few hiccups early on, however service was always sent out right away and we've had no issues lately. Very friendly service.

We are leasing two machines from BAOS at my office. Occasionally, as all copiers do, the machines have an issue but BAOS is very good at staying on top of it and coming out for service when we need it. They usually respond within a day. The great thing about their service as well is that all lease agreements include toner!
