Came here to buy some things , haven’t come since high school in over 4 years . Cashier named Jordan with curly hair was very rude . While checking out with her , she couldn’t get off her phone texting her friends , it took a minute for her to even pass my receipt after printing because she needed to finish her text . Not once during the transaction did she look up . At every job I’ve worked at , this behavior would not fly . Not sure why it doesn’t apply here , but not sure I want to buy anything here again if the customer service rep can’t even look at me in the eye and give me two seconds instead of chatting with your friends on text . Her coworkers could tell, because they were giving her a side eye !!!

I’m pregnant I look tired, pale, so much acne, gained a few pound hair plaques messed up came here for a sale wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. Just wanted to look and leave. The workers wouldn’t stop stalking me I’m the store even THE undercover ones dressed in regular clothing wearing wired earpieces lmao! I wanted to presumed looking for a scent I actually wanted to spend my money on but became uncomfortable with the 5+ workers staring at me shop in a packed full store. I don’t know if anyone seen the opening scene of jeepers creepers 2 when Billy is in the cornfield fixing the scare crow and looks over at jeepers creepers and his head turn away fast? that’s what they were doing when my eyes wondering around looking for products ?

Went in to buy some soaps and candles for my wife's birthday. I have no idea of what she likes, so I asked an associate "Grace" for help. She immediately stopped what she was doing and asked me which kinds of scents my wife likes. After a few minutes she helped me find some lotions, candles and body creams that my wife would like. She took the time and made the gift look great and I couldn't be happier. Thank you again!!

The male asian store associate was very rude and screamed at me when I asked if I could apply my online price to the price in store. Why does he have to scream? And I swear he turned his head snootily away from me. So, I returned the numerous items I was going to buy back in the shelves and left the place. They are not going to get any sales from me. Never ever buy from this branch of bath and body works. I'd rather buy online than deal with people like him. He should be fired!
