There is 9 windows of cashiers but working only 1. In 12:30 there was line in 5 people who bring their money to bank, but no any workers care about it. I don’t understand what’s a point of existence of this branch?!

Good Customer service DOES NOT EXISIT HERE. While the teller was helping me withdraw a colleague of his said very loudly "YOU SHOULD HAVE LOCKED THE DOOR! NOW WE HAVE TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER." Straight up rude and whiny behavior. You'll be helped with a child in a suit at this branch. 0 stars.

12/6/23 between about. 3:56pm-4:15pm - I handed a plastic bag with $6,000 cash to bank teller with deposit slip changed from $5,000 to $6,000. The teller gave me a deposit receipt for $5,000. I asked the teller to double check the cash, she said the machine counter showed $5,000. I asked the floor staff to double check and check their camera, total cash in the plastic bag should be $6,000, not $5,000. Two floor staff approached me stated the teller in balance, no cash over and under. I told them I put $6,000 cash in the plastic bag, not $5,000 and I changed the deposit slip from $5,000 to $6,000. Repeated myself to ask them check into the camera, they stated the teller is in balance. I have no choice but to leave the branch for my next apointment. $1,000 cash discrepancy, they didn’t bother to check the teller’s desk, the floor and/or camera. This branch closed at 4pm, I will reach out to Bank of America upper management for advice tomorrow.

The male employee at this Westlake bank branch this morning (12/14/2023), who stands in the middle of the lobby checking in customers on his iPad, is sick with a continuous hacking cough. To his credit, he is wearing a face mask; however, he is wearing the mask incorrectly -- the mask is covering his mouth but is sitting below his nose. In other words, the mask is ineffectual. He is spreading infectious particles from his nose across the entire public area of the bank. I respectfully suggest that someone in B of A regional management give employees at this location an in-service on proper use of a face mask. The mask must cover the mouth and nose. Thank you.

Mishandle and lost my bond! Made many trips and can't notarize to fix it, says needs Medallion, who says need notarize outside! Service totally poor and inept!

I have used this location for a few time to exchange coins. It's always slow and more workers on lobby flor, then behind counter. Most tellers there has good personality toward customer, but one Asian gay name Alex, always has issue to do coins exchange. Last time I have to stay at counter 15 min and I have to call manager, because of his behaver towards me. Then I spend another 15 minutes with manager and team of rookies to finally get my cash.This branch definitely need good customer service training, include the manager. I have been with B of A over 25 years and never been tread like this time. So avoid if you can go to this branch.

Take your TIME and business elsewhere, this place is trash. Service is slow as hell with NO SENSE OF URGENCY!!!! Again, take your business elsewhere, this place doesn’t deserve it for wasting peoples times. TIME IS VALUABLE!!!!

If you would like to speak with a live person, this bank/branch is not for you. They make it very difficult to connect with a live person, and I've never been able to get anybody to pickup the phone.

Joseph in Westlake Bank of America is amazing. He helped my daughter sort things out with her problem. I would come here from now on if I had to do any transactions/ business with this branch . He is very efficient and professional as well as the other employees in that branch.I won't go to the Gellert branch anymore because Westlake customer service is way better than Gellert and look for Joseph. Thank you very much Joseph.
