Carlos, Esty, and Cartos all were super helpful. The store near Mission is great as well but prefer this store due to the staff and being bigger. Will drive the extra miles to come here for my auto part needs.

Thank you to Cohen for helping us out today at AutoZone. It was our first time here and he made our experience super easy, fast, helpful, and informative. We needed a new battery for our car and he showed and explained everything to us.

COHEN is the best. He provided the most friendliest, quickest, and amazing service. He was fully transparent with the options and pricing and was extremely helpful even though we had lack of knowledge on car parts. Cohen went out of his way to help jump start our car too. Cohen deserves a raise ???

Came in to warranty a duralast tool. Mexican guy with red beard said no warranty. On the package it said warranty for life. He said he can't do anything about it. Well, you just lost a "customer for life".

The employees here are phenomenal. A special thank you to John! John even went out of his way to draw me a map to a nearby car washing station since there was no internet service in the store.

Very courteous staff, if you buy a battery they will install it for you, they will also charge your battery, and diagnose your vehicle if you are having a problem, and do it free of charge, and their prices are just as good as Walmart, Amazon, etc. and they have plenty of locations right here in the city.

Just buy your stuff from Amazon or find another AutoZone. The employees here will ignore you. Or you can just walk out with the items. Employees don’t pay any attention to their customers anyway.

only one guy gives you a good service. The others ones should stay in home ..unless they are the owner..so they ran the business the way he wants...every time y try my best to be nice but is imposible You ask them a question and they answer I don't know and they act as if by force they are there working... I even think a lot before going shopping because I don't know who will be there and how they will tend to me... since out of all of them there is only one adult person who speaks Spanish He is the only one who tells and whoever seems to enjoy his work, they should give him a salary bonus....

I came in to buy a headlight for my car. Of course, I had no idea how to install it! But once I had made my purchase, I was asked if I would like to have it installed. Denise cheerfully and skillfully installed it within 15 minutes. There was no extra charge either. From the moment I walked into the store, everyone was helpful. This was my first time at AutoZone and I will go there for all my automotive needs. The staff was kind and most knowledgeable! Thanks!
