“Great service! Phil was very responsive. I had reached out through Yelp about some scratches on the car's bumper and he responded right away. I sent him a picture of the damage and he gave me my options and the cost for each option, which I really appreciated. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, Phil was ready to work on the car immediately. I was grateful that I didn't have to wait since I had a tight timeline that day. He was able to get rid of most of the scratches, but some of the scratches were a little too deep, which he had already forewarned me after he saw the picture. However, if I was just walking past the car, I wouldn't notice that there were scratches there before. All in all, Phil did a great job and I would definitely take my other cars to him when I need detail work again.”

“Absolutely amazing experience! My car was absolutely filthy, I have two dogs and less than ideal habits when it comes to cleaning my car and keeping trash out of it. Despite being a 2019, the car was pretty thrashed and in need of some super TLC. I also park outside on the street in North Beach, so my car is constantly being dinged or pooped on by our colourful parrot Neighbors lol Carlos and his team were amazing! They were able to finish my car in about 24 hours and were extremely communicative. In addition, the actual service is next to none! The car is cleaner than the day came off the dealership lot, it smells amazing and has not one single dog hair in it despite me having two large hairy dogs ! They got every ding scratch, anything that was possible to fix they fixed! It looks so good I am shocked. Last time I got my car detailed I paid the same amount and they were not able to correct the exterior damage at all. Carlos and his team worked miracles. I am so excited and highly recommend this service. It is not cheap but no matter where you go detailing Will be expensive, but this is absolutely the best place in the city. They also use all clean products which was great for us as we don’t want to expose our family to harmful chemicals. 10 out of 10!”

“This is the best shop in the area! I have had the misfortune of needing body work done on several cars over the last year and so I am well versed on how far above and beyond the competition D&D is. The front staff, Alex, is so thorough and competent with his estimates, no surprises and he handles everything with your insurance company. Each car has been completed on time and with interior vacuume detailing and a wash. The shop even did a few extras for my elderly mom like pick up and drop off as well as buffed the headlights on her old car making it look newer as well as safer. A shop with integrity. Rare these days.”

“I brought my 2014 Acura ILX to have the headlights changed because I was getting tired of the yellow color of the headlight. I spoke to Vlad about it and he said they could definitely change the lights to have more of a white color (led lights) and he recommended that they put on a clear coat so that the headlight would not fog up and would be brighter. I have to say, I was extremely pleased! They did an amazing job and even though they were busy they got the car to me next day. I highly recommend the shop and will be returning for other work I want done.”

“Paul and his team did an amazing job with our SUV. They literally took out the entire interior, sanitized using enzyme and ozone over multiple days. They also cleaned the engine compartment, and cleaned the drain lines around the sunroof that were blocked. Additionally, the team took care of rust and spray painted some troublesome parts. When everything was back together, it looked like new. Paul was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept detailed notes of the work they did.
