Is like going to DMV a bunch of workers and no one doing anything and when they finally get you, somehow they are always training a new worker is like lazy training lazier , waited 1 hour didn't get anything accomplished, it's like being in the movie Dumb and Dumber. Feel for the guy standing at the door asking everyone how can we help you today bull crap

The person who is working here at 1:50 PM /2PM is extremely rude; when we walked in he was in the back room and we waited for a while for him to come out.After he came out, I asked a simple question about my trade in phone not being turned within 30 days; and the guy here was so rude giving us attitude. All I wanted to get him to do is to look up my account and provide some information; he was saying “there’s nothing you can do” and acting extremely rude and not wanting to provide any help.I asked” I’m just asking a simple question why do you have to have an attitude” and all of a sudden he started trying to kick us out and tell us “I’m not about to be dealing with this” , and proceeded to tell us to get out of the store.This is the WORST experience I have encountered; and I feel frustrated that when we called to complain no resolution or responses were provided

Dec. 6, 2023 around 2:00ish. The clerk didn't issue me a receipt after purchasing the phone and 3 accessories. He said he will give me 40% discount because I'm on the family plan, my brother was a former employee at AT and T. Received my credit card statement today, the discount wasn't issued. Plus the screen protector doesn't fit the phone as it covers half the button (the button you use to open the phone and change to different screens). Bad service, next time I will go to the Westlake store. Now I have to return to the store and spend my precious time to get the adjustment and the receipt. Waste of my frickin time!

The representative here refused to help me trade in my old phone.I got email from ATT said I should drop my old phone to an ATT store to complete my trade in, so I came here. The representative was not able to help me trade in my phone. He claimed there was no such trade in service and he didn’t know why I got that email.Then I called ATT customer service to understand the trade in process. The customer service wanted to talk with the store representative, so I gave my phone to the store representative. However that guy hung up the customer service call immediately.Really really bad service, for both this store and ATT.Update:1 week after I dropped my phone, they haven't shipped it back to ATT.This is a scam and I will call the FTC tomorrow to report this cheating service to ATT.

Jack, the service representative here, is really rude. When I went in and wanted to change plans, he said your plan was the cheapest. My bill had a discount of $40, but this month it turned out to be $218. I asked if there were any other plans I could refer to, but he refused to serve me. There were no other customers at the time, so he asked me to call customer service directly for consultation. I was so angry that I wanted to complain to him. He confidently went out to find a security guard to let me out, Are the current service personnel so impressive? I have been using AT&T for 8 years, and both my family and company use AT&T. Because of this Jack, I really want to switch to another company. Can you please assess the employees before starting work?

Misinformation given. I was looking to upgrade my phone. The rep said they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock but she was able to look up the inventory for the Stonestown location and said they had a few in stock. Drove to the stonetown location, waited over 30 to get help but then told they didn't have it. The rep said that there's no way stores can see each others inventory. Not sure who was telling the truth.

We had a great experience with Victoria and Mallory at this store. Helped us through a difficult transfer from a really old Samsung phone to a brand new iPhone. They are smart, patient, professional, and kind. We highly recommend them and this store! Thank you for everything!
