I recently upgraded my iPhone-not purchased from this location and was having difficulty transferring my old phone to my son. Everything went well, except that I couldn't get the phone to work--no incoming and wasn't able to make any outgoing calls. I came to the location closest to me and was greeted by Padam.After explaining my situation, he wasn't sure if he could help me--I felt he gave me a hint of attitude & said he was only a technician, not sure what that meant. Within 20 minutes, he got the phone working. Despite the initial attitude, the outcome was a fully functioning phone and for that I have to say his service/helpfulness was good.

We are very grateful for the employees at the West Lake AT&T store. We found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in handling our questions and eventual purchases. Especially Amani and Hunter who helped us make the best choices for our plan and budget. My only complaint has nothing to do with our experience in the store but with the parking in the West Lake center. Be advised it is ALWAYS busy.

A couple days ago, I came into the store to add a new line to my account. The rep Ashim was the one who helped me through the whole process. Ashim was quick, informational, and very helpful on the product that I had bought. If anyone in the area is looking to upgrade, add a new line, buy accessories, or any other type of phone service. Ask for Ashim, he'll provide excellent customer service.

Be careful and check your receipts! I went to trade in my phone and the guy helping me didn’t print me my receipt (had to go back for it) and then signed me up for insurance, which I never agreed to nor was it discussed. Shady.Called AT&T to get the insurance removed and they said this isn’t one of their corporate stores.

The manager Ashim is the best of all and without him don’t know what to do. Ashim is very kind and very smart and asset to your company and he always perform his job extra Mile to the customers.

Horrible customer service. If you aren't there to buy a phone or get an upgrade, they will not help you. I've been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and am seriously looking to switch. My son's camera is broken and I've gotten the run around from this store. When I tried to file a claim online with the insurance, it told me to go into the store. When I went into this store, which is where I purchased the phone, they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Not only was the employee unhelpful but he was downright rude. I asked for the manager and was given a blank business card. NEVER again will I go to that AT&T store and I am looking at switching services. Horrible customer service.

Hello there i just want to let u know my experience at this place this happens today 08/16/2023 around 10:30 am i didn’t get the names but a give date and time as a reference for werever employees were there i went to get help cuz my line was disconnected so i was try to figure it out of what to do cuz with no line i wasn’t able to communicate with customer support to fix my problem so after i explain them they suggested to call customer service and i was like yes but i got no line what other options i have maybe i can use a courtesy land line here to call but every time it was the same answer that i need to call but still same answer again so we went like 5 times with this and yes i do understand if they don’t have a way to help me is ok no problem but they keep going with call customer service with not explaining that they can’t help me ( plus they English wasn’t helping much ) so at the end one of them just raise his voice and i was like u know thank for u help let me go to another store so bad bad service plus bad attitude from those employees

This store suckkkkks. You have to wait HOURS to buy earbuds. I cannot imagine why anyone would go to an actual att store when the guys who work there say to just go to target because it's faster. Guess what... You can get a phone and service at target too ? FASTER

I purchased a new s23 ultra at the gellert store and they forgot to activate my Sim. I headed over to the Westlake location minutes before closing and kyla went above and beyond staying even after hours to help me correct this. Her excellent customer service is the only reason I have decided to keep att as a mobile provider.
