Dec. 6, 2023 around 2:00ish. The clerk didn't issue me a receipt after purchasing the phone and 3 accessories. He said he will give me 40% discount because I'm on the family plan, my brother was a former employee at AT and T. Received my credit card statement today, the discount wasn't issued. Plus the screen protector doesn't fit the phone as it covers half the button (the button you use to open the phone and change to different screens). Bad service, next time I will go to the Westlake store. Now I have to return to the store and spend my precious time to get the adjustment and the receipt. Waste of my frickin time!

Misinformation given. I was looking to upgrade my phone. The rep said they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock but she was able to look up the inventory for the Stonestown location and said they had a few in stock. Drove to the stonetown location, waited over 30 to get help but then told they didn't have it. The rep said that there's no way stores can see each others inventory. Not sure who was telling the truth.

Terrible customer service the gentleman working at 1 PM on today's date 25th was absolutely terrible. Did not want to help me in what way whatsoever I asked him just to transfer my Sim to my new iPhone 14. He said he couldn't do it. He said you have to go somewhere else and get it done. I went down to the AT&T store in San Bruno and they help me out within five minutes. If I can give negative stars, I would.

Worst experience I've ever had with any internet provider. Waited over 5.5 hours and a technician never came even though I kept receiving texts that someone was on the way. Then when I called to get to the bottom of the situation, took another 45 min to speak to someone virtually via chat, then another 30 min to discover no one would actually be coming to the house. Then it took two more transfers to a supervisor and another 1.5 hours to cancel the appointment for set up and service altogether. There was zero communication about the installation on the actual day despite multiple texts the week prior about confirming time and date. Points to educate customer service and supervisors - Communicate with the customer from the start and be transparent about the installation and whether it will occur, offer various times for rescheduling as opposed to setting dates and times without input.

I give this ATT store at serrmonte blvd. One star because.my wife and I put her name on the list .They told me is going to be one hour half waiting list. Instead after waiting two hours we my wife I got something to eat . We check my wife name on the list is still on 12 on the list board.I Made a online appointment For 5.30pm AND STILL Nobody helps us .And also there other people waiting there since 12 and 1 pm waiting over 3 hours or more. To ATT CORPORATIONS You need To retrain the ATT stafff at customer service. Because I watched this one ATT employee talk one ATT customer talking about a lot of stuff nothing to do about her cell phone service. He was working attt customer over 2 hours plus service and still not finish when my wife and I left the stores. And one more thing also the store mgr in charge just keeping erasing names that people left the board. Attt corporation need to retrain the all the manager working there. From a very piss off angry ATT customer. FYI IF YOU MAKE A APPOINTMENT OE CHECK YOUR NAME IN THE BOARD LIST IT DOESNT MAKE A DIFFERENCE PEOPLE STILL WAITING ALL TIME . THERE SHOULD MOREB POEPLE HELPING THE CUSTOMER ONLY ONE OR TWO HELPING THE CUSTOMER. I WATCH 2 ATT employee checking people in. Instead helping the poeple on the waithing list..This Customer Servive is not Unacceptable all.

I went in on 12/24 to try to get a deal for a family plan and they gave me good information, I told them I was gonna talk it over with my family to see what they thought. They told me to come back cause this is usually their slow month. I came back 12/26 with my family @7:30PM because we all work, we made time to ALL come. the girl that was there saturday was also there and told me she didn't have enough time to setup the account and that it was gonna take too long. She gave us attitude and basically told us she only had 15 mins but it was 7:30 they close at 8. I gave her a little bit of reason but I went to the one at costco and the girl did it in less than 20 mins. Which is the reason why i'm writing this. I guess she was just lazy, it's possible, so do your job, if you don't want to, don't work there, makes the company look bad

ATTENTION ALL AT&T CUSTOMERS BEST LOCATION FOR ALL YOUR AT&T NEEDS!!! I was initially a T-Mobile & Xfinity customer for about 7 years... We came pretty late on Black Friday 11/24 Sean warmly welcomed us, we rescheduled with Anthony A. For Tuesday 11/29 to help us get set up with the switch and all the amazing deals! ETA for our phone was initially Jan 2023. We received our phones on Thursday 12/1 Returned Friday 12/2 worked with Ho Pan aka Jackie Chan to set up our phones, get some internet set up questions answered & ask more about phone replacement credit. Sat 12/3 returned old phones with Filipino Glenn to help set up our trade in value. I can say everyone had exceptional customer service! So to all we've come in contact with THANK YOU! Although our relationship is short for now, I'll update if a star needs removal lol jk..

AT&T worker from 3 serramonte don't know what customer service means at all. Came into store trying to figure out why I was getting charge over my Apple Watch, when one of the workers connect it back into my account and even said that i was not gonna be charge for it at all. Besides that worker gave a really bad attitude just cause I keep asking why I was getting charge over Apple Watch. If I was able to leave them I'll do it but takes more work than what I already did.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went into this store to add a new line to our family plan, and to purchase a new phone. I felt like I was in a bad SNL skit. I'd specify what I wanted to do, and the associate would continuously present with me options that included additional services. I'd remind him that I wanted to just keep our existing plan, add one more line, and purchase a phone. He would again present a new total, which inevitably would include at least one additional service. After a few of these back-and-forths, he informed me he probably didn't have the phone I wanted to purchase in stock. At this point, I left and went to the AT&T store at Stonestown where the transaction was handled seamlessly and with the utmost customer service.

ZERO rating not one star. --------------------------------------------- I do not always post the negative in Yelp. However, I have no choice but to report this guy. If you happen you work for AT&T wireless especially in retail customer service area, please help me report this guy. I was at the AT&T retail store at Serramonte Center, Daly City, CA. I went there to ask for service as I recently found out my bill had been increased by $10. That service rep. (See the pic) told me all accounts under this plan had increased the service fees by the same amount. Without waiting for my response, he suddenly served the other customers. I had been waiting for him for nothing. He just simply ignored me. When I talked to him again and asked him why he ignored me, and he just said "F" words to me in front of all customers at the store. He also said he would call the security or 911 if I did not leave the store. I have been AT&T customer for more than 15 years and I never received that kind of "service". AT&T, I need help report that guy for not to provide the standard customer service. Please help spread the word. I need AT&T corporate manager to talk to NOT a store manager. Thank you all.

If I could give a zero I would. First I was asked my name and# and that was it. Nothing for 45 minutes. I finally had to ask if I were anywhere near next to be helped( was on my lunch hour) the worker just rudely said to look at the board, I had 3 people ahead of me and no way was I to be called any time soon. So, left the store hungry with no phone. Good thing while I was there I called Verizon to see how long their wait was and I was able to get an appointment for 5. In and out in 20 minutes with a new phone. AT&T is the absolute worst.

I reached out over the phone to speak with a representative to help me with issues with my new phone/plan. The rep over the phone advised me to come into the store, when asking what her name was she refused and said she was uncomfortable sharing that information. I asked to speak with the manager, Analyn? (sp?) Picked up the phone and would not give me an opportunity to speak. Rather she was more concerned about how she could not assist if I did not come in. Why would I want to come in to a group of individuals who are so overtly rude. I don't have an issue coming into the store but rather how short and unprofessional staff spoke to me. There has got to be some sort of accountability for working on a customer service related field and be so unwilling to help. I don't recommend anyone to support a store location that does not know the fundamentals of working with people.

If I can give this place -0 I would. I can't believe what happened today. Straight to the point, Marcus upgraded my plan without my consent or permission. I am reporting the incident to their regional manager as well as corporate. This is not acceptable. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Staff was EXTREMELY helpful ! Went in to return a phone , and a kind gentleman was able to help me return it and order my new phone ! The manager was so helpful that he ensured that my phone would arrive with in 3-5 business days ! Also the store has a wide variety of accessories and cool trinkets! The wait isn't that long either !

Location under new management and is the best location I have been to so far. Amazing staff and a much shorter wait. Helped me an my entire family get set up with new phones. Made my kids Christmas amazing will be returning !
