Just closed my refinance with Arton and loan factory. Arton gave me the best rates and updated with daily lender credits and locked me on the day when the credits were enough to cover the closing costs. I bounced to another lender during the process who offered me better deal which was a lie and waste of my time but Arton continued to help me. Arton was very straightforward in his conversations, explained me the loan details with a lot of patience. With Arton it was the best experience even when compared to past refinances. Highly recommend! Thank you Arton and loan factory for closing in 15 days!

My 4th transaction with loan factory and Arton Chau which includes three refinance and one purchase over the one year period. I have been pleased everytime with timliness, professionalism, and patience these guys have. I have received the best rates everytime and I can say that confidently because atleast 5 other lenders could not beat the combination of rate and cost they provided. Highly recommend Arton and his team!!

I called Arton on a Sunday evening after my open house because I had buyers who wanted to write an offer the next day, he returned my call immediately and by Monday at 11am I had a pre-approval for my presentation that same day. With Arton's and Alma's prestine and diligent committment to my Buyers we had a very successful close of escrow, along with a very happy family to purchase thier first home. Arton was knowledgeable, efficient and effective. His advice was spot on and so helpful, and we got our loan very quickly (many people told us how much longer theirs took). Alma was right on top of every step with the paperwork, and her cheerful voice when she called to keep us updated or to facilitate some needed paperwork was marvelous! They were very accommodating in answering our many "newbie" questions, and they come highly recommended by us!
