I had a hassle-free experience filling up at ARCO after a visit to the Westlake Shopping Center nearby. The process was quick and easy, and I appreciated the convenience of getting in and out of the gas station swiftly. Overall, a convenient stop for refueling.

I stopped by Arco today for a smog test and Ricardo was immediately able to help me with getting the check complete and provided an overall positive experience. I really appreciated the customer service he demonstrated throughout my visit and how he was able to help me relocate some paperwork that the wind had blown around while the test was taking place.
I had actually visited another station to get this work done and had left my vehicle with this other operator for around 45 minutes only to be told they weren’t able to read my car’s computer for some reason and they were redirecting me to another station that was not on my way. It was at this point that I decided to return to Arco as I had not had this problem with them in the past and their location across from the DMV is very convenient.

I dropped in for a Smog test and the new technician, Ricardo, was awesome. super nice, quick, and just an all around pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend!

Does not give receipts. Machine says clerk has receipt, but either they aren't there or clerk says receipt printing doesn't work. It's been like this every time I've stopped and it shouldn't take so long to fix.

I was at pump 5 and automatic cut off failed to trip and spilled 1/2 a gallon of gas. The pump was pumping gas really slowly too. Not only did the attendant not want to do anything about it he blamed me and was actively rude to me. Less than a minute later a customer at pump 6 had the exact same slow pumping and overflow happen.
