I’ve stayed here many times and each and every time has been pleasant. The manager here is amazing! He’s always been extremely kind and professional. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. There is a $10 parking fee but you are able to park right in front of your room which is great.

The truth is only because I needed somewhere to stay last night and all the hotels were full but this place really smells bad the beds creak because they are old. The price is 100 dollars a night with parking but the discomfort of the room was the worst because even though we only wanted it to go to sleep it was a heavy night not being able to move anywhere because that bed creaked too much without exaggerating bad experience I hope others have it better but do not publish lies since many times we are guided by the comments we see was my case

The room was clean, refrigerator leaked,The phone didn't work.We had to pay for parking, which was not in the booking information.The price was double what the booking online price was, with no explanation. We paid it. We arrived at 9pm. We felt like there was no other option at that point! Shiesty!It's not a place I'd book again! Not at the price we paid!

People say the parking is free but Iya really 10$ a night atleast for the first night. I will say tho this was one of the most clean rooms I have been in especially for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me clarify.... Because the business is going to comment their generic "we're sorry..." I arrived on premises between 4-10 pm... which is check in time. Alpine said they're rolling out a new virtual kiosk, well guess what? The kiosk was OUT OF SERVICE. And theirs supposed to be an employee ? There was no one around and no one to be found who can check me in. I'm sorry, if I didn't have the means to book another hotel, what would've happened?? I did what I was supposed to, Alpine failed miserably. When I arrived to the surprise of not one employee, I called, I knocked on doors, no one was on site. The kiosk was out of service. Alpine failed.

car broke down on my way to Daly City, tried changing the name of the person on the reservation so my friends could stay there instead and no one answered the phone, called 10 times and would go straight to voicemail. Then I had someone that was already staying there trying to to change it for me but I had to be there in person to change the name, wouldn’t give me a refund after filing a claim with Expedia.

I usually really like this place but recently we have had a terrible experience.We were double charged for a trip and it’s been two weeks with no help from the manager on reversing the charge. I have called and sent emails only to be pushed around and handed off to the next person. Really disappointing as we enjoy using Alpine for our SF adventuresRooms: Rooms really suck but you get what you pay for

I would normally give this place a better star rating and review since this has been my go to hotel when I'm in SF . But as of the last couple weeks it's been a nightmare. I was double charged and have been trying to get it resolved but no help has been given. Emails and calls have been sent. And every time it's the same response when someone picks up. " call back tomorrow when the manager is in" we call and they say oh the manager is not in. At this point it's very frustrating to not get any response back or communicate. Alpine if you see this review please respond back to my fiancé that has been emailing you pictures and proof about our situation on the double charge. Please stop avoiding us.

We get in the hotel around 4pm and no one was around to check us in, we waited for 25 minutes for the receptionist and then 40 minutes to check in. It never took so long to check in. The room was non smoker but smelled a lot like cigarettes. The tap on the sink wasn’t working and no one help us, so we used the shower water to brush our teeth. Their parking lot was uncovered space and they didn’t say the we have to pay for that. No flexibility and no respect for their clients.

If you're looking for a decent place to sleep near SF, this is a decent place. Its not perfect but then again, they aren't asking for an arm and a leg.The downside is that most of the patrons here are working class patrons who are in town for work, hence expect that they might be up and about when you're still sleeping.They have some decent amenities like a keurig machine and microwave as well a washer and dryer, and ice machine. The Wifi is rather slow. It works but expect it to be a little frustrating.If you're planning on using public transport to access the SF area, you might want to consider somewhere closer to SF but driving and parking in SF isn't bad if you're visiting during off peak parts of the year.Would I stay here again? Likely given the affordable pricing and convenient parking, which is $10 a day.

One of the worse places to stay at. The counter service was smelly the person attending was super slow and had no eye contact. The room smelt so bad, beds had springs coming out, the shower door was busted the floor to the shower had a hole with tape and shower mat covering I felt like I was going to fall through the shower floor, tape all around inside shower cover holes. Reviews and pictures to this place make it seem so nice and in person not the same.

Setting your check-in time at 4pm(an hour later than the average hotel), and then charging $10 for a 1 hour early check in is a good way for a hotel to earn extra money, and a great way for them to earn negative reviews. What else am I going to do for the next hour while I'm waiting in my car to check in? I'm not paying that extra fee cause I already know there will be a $10 fee for parking too. The person who checks you in works overseas, btw. You talk to them through a computer attached to a kiosk. It was different the previous time I came here. This will be the last time I stay for sure. Just drove 9 hours to be told I have to wait or pay to check in at the time most people expect to be able to check in at. ?

Pretty sure I had possessions stolen here when I stayed two months ago. Still can't find my thingsMake sure to leave a travel camera if you stay here to monitor personal possessionsRoom was clean but overall quality just felt slightly better than a motelGood location for a flight delay at SFO

Rooms are cute, come with mini fridge, tv and microwave. 2 separate rooms for each bed. Right next to the cow palace. $50 deposit $10 parking pass and the room was $90 some.
