Very sneaky. Double check your receipts. $1 hot dog turned out to be 2.98, paid with Apple Pay so didn't really bother to look because of such a small amount. Friend came in for a free slurpee and he still charged him and instead of a refund just gave him free stale food.

Basic 7-Eleven. Has the essential drinks, food and snacks. Open late which is a plus, especially if you need things when all the other stores are closed. Not much parking spots but usually not that busy. We had two young boys working the cash register and they were nice. Haven't tried the food but some reviews say to avoid it so we did. Overall, not a bad place to get your snacks on the go.

The associate was rude, not helpful, and I went in to shop at the check out the associate was rushing me to pay. I gave him the exact change he freaking threw me the receipt. Bad customer service I won't return there again

I have been coming to this location for over 15 years and ever since management left=Ali, Sonya her mom and husband, the new management is horrible! No more Starbucks cold coffee, supply's are not managed very good, long lines now and they do nothing like getting on a register.

The old man at the register had got my sister-in-law the wrong food when she ordered and he also accused me of stealing inside that store.

So judgemental. That's all I gotta say about this 7-eleven. I used to love coming here for snacks, but I just feel like the staff is always in a crappy mood lately. I get that the pandemic is taking a toll on everyone, but why take it out on someone who just wants to get in and get out right away?Recently, I bought a lot of snacks (both hot and cold) for my family. I wanted to keep the two separate for temperature control, and seeing as though I only had one bag, I asked to purchase another. The cashier kept criticizing and saying that I can just put everything in one bag. Temperature. Control. Sir. After a while, I didn't want to argue so I decided to bite the bullet and put it in the bag I had. When I got home, some of the cold AND hot stuff were close to room temperature. So disappointing.I mean, this doesn't sound like THAT big of a deal, but I literally feel like they pull stuff like this all the time. Something similar happened to me the past few times a while back, even pre-COVID times.Looking at some of the reviews here, it's clear that they need to work on treating their customers better. I live close to this 7-eleven, but now, I'm gonna make an effort to avoid it.Just hope that you don't catch them when they're in a bad mood. Good luck!
