My husband got into an accident and I was driving my baby around with a hideous dent and finally insurance referred me to this shop. They did an excellent job my baby girl looks just like how she did when I first got her. At first I was upset about how long it took for my car to be ready but my husband reassured me that it’s common amongst body shops. My only reason for a 4 star review is because when I requested a quote on a small dent I got from someone who hit my car and left, they quoted me $1200, which I felt was a lot for something so small. But overall I had a good experience. The front desk lady was very helpful and patient with me. Also, just wanted to publicly apologize for being so mad at them for taking so long. But definitely worth it. I appreciate that they wanted the job to be done perfectly. And it was.

They don't care about you at all. Stalling lies no follow up. If your AAA customer avoid them I will file a complaint with AAA about how they treated us.Front desk lady/body shop is horrible. Been waiting 4 months for a simple trim piece after break in. They were AAA authorized shop and we wanted to get everything done in one place. The lady kept pushing me to get stuff done myself elsewhere and won't do anything for us. I called so many times and she said shell update us but never follows up. Basically left us with a unusable car for 5 months because they refuse to follow up. Took to proline they took the car right away and got to work asap.

I too am an AAA member and was referred to 19th Auto Body by them. AAA claim office is another member of the "1-star Club" but that is another review for another time. Basically, the work is to replace hood and paint but I got an unsafe car back. This is the consequences of poor workmanship, quality control and "Just Get The Money" by 19th Auto Body Daly City. The repair started January 12, 2022 and completed January 14. I found the issue listed below that same weekend. The repair to the repair was not completed until March 11, 2022. So I wasted 7 weeks of my time. I dealt with the same person as the other review but I also contacted Cliff (General Manager) at the other branch in San Francisco. He was no help. He looked at my car and said he will contact AAA. Well, never heard from him since. My car had a damaged hood and the repair was to replace the hood and re-paint. A picture is attached. The issue is the hood support rod does not fit into new hood. The slotted hole on the hood is too small. This is a safety issue since the support rod is not secured to the hood; it is held together by friction. If either were bumped or blew by a gust of wind, the hood could fall. The 2nd issue is the hood has be pushed down hard in order to close. Anyone who worked on my car would have seen this problem but no, just give the unsafe car back to the customer. It is okay.

I brought my 2021 Toyota Prius in for body work to the (19th Autobody Center) after having an accident and now my car looks as good as new so a big thanks to Randy for great service to my vehicle as well as wonderful customer service!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Randy is the most unprofessional under qualified mechanic you could possibly find. My car was hit and AAA listed this place to get my headlight fixed. He couldn't fix it and when we came back again to show him that the headlight wasn't working, he "tried" to fix it again. I'm assuming he tried to check the other headlight to figure out how to fix the original damaged headlight. Since it was raining he got water damage into my car and completely ruined both sides. Instead of fixing the one problem I had, he created another problem. This is unacceptable. Randy was completely rude and did not want to take responsibility for the mess he created. If you weren't able to fix the problem, do not try to pretend you can do the job. I would've been happy with him telling me upfront that he was unsure on how to fix the problem instead of guessing. Furthermore, he cancelled my next appointment where he was suppose to "try" again and was very condescending on the phone. Do yourself a favor, and don't go here. If you want your car coming out more messed up than when you bring it in, this is the place to go. If you want someone who doesn't know what they are doing, this is the place.

This place is AMAZING!!!! The customer service is incredible. The prices are great. They left my car looking better than it did when I first bought it. I cant say it enough...if you need to bring your car in for body work then this is the place to go. I had my car back send looking better than ever in less than 24 hours! Incredible service!

When I was parked at work, someone hit my car and broke my window. Randy helped me get the dent fixed and passenger window replaced. He also got it taken care of in a few days. Really awesome shop

I came here bc I got into another accident (2nd one of the year!), so the year 2020 sucks lol. I chose this body shop since it was in network with the insurance company, and bc it is close to where I live. Randy helped me out with everything and made the process super smooth and easy. He told me I was going to get my car back within 9 days, but then called me saying that it would only take 5 days since they already got the parts they needed. I got my 2 passenger doors replaced and the front and back panel fixed as well. So happy with the results and the amount of time it took to fix my car. Randy is also super nice and communication with him was consistent as well. Overall, thanks to everyone at the repair shop for being super helpful and reassuring when it came to my car being fixed!

Had as good experience with these guys as one can ever expect. Their system is very well configured to provide frequent updates. And they were extremely proactive about reaching out once they got the claim info from the insurer. If you're wondering about these guys - rest assured this reviewer is one satisfied customer (as of Oct 2019).

I had a large piece of plastic hanging from the undercarriage of my car and these guys removed it without any charge. So awesome! Thank you! I had previously brought my car in for bodywork about a year before and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!
