This turned out to be a casting defect, and Yamaha replaced the whole entire engine free of cost and out of warranty.2021 195s with 100 hours and a burned out supercharger. They don’t make them like they used to. ?

1986 Yamaha FZ600S still running strong. Not sure about this location but this was definitely the best Yamaha bike ever made.
