I called to get an estimate for a dent in my car and the man asked me if I was going to handle it for insurance and I answered yes and he told me that he couldn't help me because the insurance wouldn't pay any attention to his estimate and that he was not going to waste his time on me, that it was better to wait for the insurance to give me the estimate.

After my accident Victor Rivera's body shop received my vehicle and Roberts and crew repaired it they left it perfect. They are very professional and have great communication skills. And got my car back quickly to me. They took care of everything with my insurance it was so nice. I recommend Victor Rivera's body and restoration to you for all your car body repair needs. Very happy with the work done on my car. I got my bumper replaced and it looks brand new. Robert also added extra work to the back of my car free of charge. Definitely would recommend this body shop to friends and family.

Super disappointed with this place, everything started out fine, Angel made promises. Eventually was treated very poorly. I've tried to reach out to fix the situation but he doesn't care at all. Once he had my money, he would no longer respond. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not do business there again.

The crew at Victor's did such an excellent job. He painted both the Truck and the Monte Carlo. Custom paint on the Monte Carlo as seen. He also had the interior completed by "his guy" whom did an excellent job as well. There was damage to the truck but I challenge you to find it.These are the most recent and I just bought a used F150 that is going over there next week. They are cost minded and efficient.They also worked on my son's Charger and my daughters Acura. I can take my cars anywhere but I have been using Victor's for over 30 years, long before he was at his current location.

Had a small incident and needed a good deal. Found this shop, staff was awesome and friendly willing to work with us to get it fixed for a good price. Only gave us what we needed, no extra padded fees or charges, and I will definitely come back for future repairs if needed on my cars. Whole transaction was quick, explained well and ultimately we were very happy with the work. Thanks again!

I was recommended by a co-worker to have my truck fixed here and am very happy with the results! First off, I met Robert and he did not make any false promises and did not use any pressure. He gave me a fair and agreeable estimate and kept the final bill (actually lower) in the same ballpark. Upon seeing the finished results, I was amazed at how the paint matched identically to the portion that didn't get painted. Thanks for the beautiful work fellas! Hopefully I won't need to get body work done again but if I do, I won't hesitate to go directly to your shop! Take care.

I had to go to a few body shops in Cypress to get comparable estimates and Robert from this body shop made me feel the most comfortable with the estimate he provided (was not the lowest). Some Yelp reviews can be padded so I was still skeptical when I first arrived with my damaged car. He went over the damage with me and had a break down of what was necessary to fix the damage to my car. You can tell he had years of experience working in the car repair industry and answered my questions professionally. After all was said and done, the repair to my car was done right and didn't deviate from the original estimate. It took a few days, plus one, but he always kept me up to date and informed me of what was being done to my car. I can honestly state that Robert went far and beyond what I originally expected. This body shop has gotten a new loyal customer who will happily make referrals, simply based on Robert's treatment of his customers. Very satisfied with the repair to my car.

Horrible experience! Paint drips running down the whole side of my car. Victor was rude and did not fix the paint!? DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!
