I have been trying to get a prior authorization done and it’s been almost three weeks now and I still haven’t gotten the approval! I’ve tried talking to my doctor and nothing! I’ve tried calling the pharmacy and nothing, so I called my insurance company which is you guessed it! None other than United Healthcare. I called and spoke to a representative and she said that she would call me back with the information I needed and no surprise there! No call back!! Now I’m having to call back again and be in hold once more! No explanation yet!! I will not be reenrolling with this company ever again! I also don’t recommend them either!! 😡

Virtual assistant doesn't understand me and won't let me talk to anyone. Only way I could get to a human being was to call the sales office and have them transfer me to customer service.They reduced the size of the font on my insurance card for my medicare coverage. Reducing the font for old folks is rude.They keep making robo-calls to a number I have asked them not to use.
