Was calling around about a $3500 estimated repair from another mechanic , the owner was the only one that informed me that even though my 2013 e350 is past extended warranty it should be covered by mercedes . He was correct fully covered. Very honest. I will be bringing any of my future repairs here. thanks

Called and explained what was wrong with my car ,made an appointment and had my car towed for them to tell me they can't receive it. Made me waste money for nothing VERY IRRESPONSIBLE SHOP!

If your are looking for a place to give you an honest diagnosis and a repair done right the first time, then this is the place. Owen and his team have been phenomenal getting my 2012 GTI back to me earlier than I expected and at the reasonable price. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased a 2001 VW Passat. One of the last ones made in Germany before they started manufacturing them in America. Owen was awesome working with me to get the car up safe and running smoothly. I will definitely be taking it back for all my repairs and maintenance.

If you have a BMW this is the best place to take it. Owen and his team are incredible. We've recently encountered some issues with our 328i an Owen has helped tremendously. We've had a fuel pump and censor an a water pump and thermostat housing replaced. Not only do they use real bmw parts, they gave us prices lower then other guys who use second hand parts. Don't waste your time at the other places. Bring your bmw to ultimate Autohaus

Recently brought my Audi A4 in to Ultimate Autohaus for the first time. They replaced brake pads and rotors. They were less than half the price the price that the dealer was going to charge. They provide great customer service, professional work at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.
