“Customer service is always good at the Cyoress Big O Tires. The employee was very informative about the things they checked using the dipstick. Now, when I say he broke it down he broke it down. He was very patient seeing that I ran into a technical issue with my credit card and had to resolve it right there. The guy walked away and gave me an opportunity to get myself situated. They called to tell me they didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t even recommend I do anything extra as far as repairs. Great experience”
