Shopped for my nephew. The pricing us much higher than other larger department stores. You might find a "deal" here and there. It's a store I know he likes so.....I bought him a nice Tee shirt. I could've found it at a lower price but since I didn't feel like shopping around. I also. purchased some earrings for my niece. After showing them to my sister I was advised she probably wouldn't like them. I went to return them with receipt but was told all jewelry sales are final. So now I'm stuck with these earrings. I think they should advise you of that policy at the time of purchase. I probably wouldn't have bought them. I can go to Kohls or Macy's and they accept returns. I have decided I wouldn't shop there again.

I wish I could give them no stars!! Literally there was myself and one other person shopping in the store and 4 floor employees and no one even looked at me…. Which wouldn’t have been bad except I actually needed help with shoes!! One employee was checking herself out in the mirror the other laughing at her phone while “fixing” a rack of clothes and the other two at the register just laughing together, and when I asked for help I got an eye roll!!! I will never return to this location especially since this isn’t the first time the customer service has been lousy to say the least!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped out by Hannah who showed me some super cute items that I was looking for. She was very kind and had a beautiful smile and made me feel very welcomed! Thank you Tillys for hiring such wonderful employees!

Shout out to Jeffrey. As soon as we walked in he was so sweet and acknowledged my husband and I. He was super helpful. We come from Dana Point. (An hr away) and he made the drive worth it. Helped my husband and I pick out his outfit for the weekend concert and was very open and honest. Great job Tilly's for hiring such an asset to your team.

I had the worst shopping experience EVER in this store. The cashiers and the manger in particular were rude. The manager was absolutely nasty. I went in to buy my dog walker a few hoodies for his b-day, I left knowing I would never return to one of my favorite stores. I don't know why they even keep the Cypress store open, there is rarely more then one customer in the store. This store sucks, you've been warned.

I used to come here for years as a kid and was able to come back here years later to bring my nephew to get some stuff for the next school year! The workers are very friendly in in the shop was clean ! I will definitely return it and highly recommend coming here.

Tillys located on Katella in Staten pretty trendy little location if you're going to the beach this is the place to be they have bikinis shorts jeans T-shirts skateboards also for sale in a bathing suit also if you wanted to buy shoes they have shoes and brands from Volcom sweats T-shirts good deals also really practicing safe shopping 6 feet apart lotta sales going on two for 3450% off I have sandals they sell Nikes vans Adidas even have socks and shorts price is a good locations good safe here they clean up after you and prices are not bad at all if you look here to buy something for the beach Tillys is the place to stop at also they have them warm wear if you want to stay warm for after you get out of the water but they have a lot of beach accessories here this is the place Tillys located on Katella Avenue and not in the city of Staten I highly recommend this location

This is my go to Tillys. They always have everything in stock as opposed to other tillys where I have to come back in a week or so. The employees are really nice and helpful as well.

Tonight after work, I checked out my local Tillys store to check out some mens casual and work clothes i could use. This is a much better store than Ross or Marshalls. Im not knocking those stores, But i found that here a Tillys I can get better quality and long lasting clothes for a more decent, but expensive price. I purchased some slacks and shoes along with some shirts. Lots of clothes to choose from here. Customer Service is much better here too. I appreciate the help i got from the employees. This will be my forever store now.
