My good friend reccomended this place to me, and I drove about 30 minutes from Irvine just to come here. Took my tundra there after I bought it for an inspection, they did a great job and were very fair and honest. They did pads and rotors both axels at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Jared and Robert.

Jared went above and beyond for me saving me potentially thousands of dollars!
I was told by another mechanic that my car needed thousands of dollars in repairs to keep it on the road. Jared looked at it for 20 mins and checked a few things and was able to resolve the issue (at no cost!). They are honest and knowledgeable people and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

This place is solid! Jared was honest and helpful. They were not able to do the tune up at this time because I had some transmission issues based on the diagnostic results and he recommended me to another mechanic. He didn’t charge or sell me anything. That alone deserves my respect and I will definitely come back for that tune up or any other future problems on my Tundra. Thanks again Jared and Staff.

I took my son's 2010 Prius in recently as I thought that there was something wrong (unspecified, as I do NOT know a thing about cars). The Toy Shop was efficient and helpful, even with my vague, non-specific details about what I thought might be wrong. They set up an appointment for me to drop off his car and quickly got me in and out of this on the day of.
It turns out, there was nothing wrong with his car (!) except that some of the air filters needed changing out (gross, he's 20 years old, don't get me started). Easy, peasy, and at an extremely reasonable cost, we were done.
I was driving to Temecula to have our Toyotas serviced, but now I can come to Cypress! It's a win for everyone! (And the clean air flows once again......)

The repair here, replacement for a stolen catalytic converter, is still in progress, as it requires cooperation by our insurer. I can say that the personnel at this very small shop are on top of it, keeping us in the loop. More later.

Great place for Toyota or Lexus service. The guys are always really friendly and helpful when they answer the phone. They fixed the car at a much better price than the dealer!

The master mechanic really knows what what he is doing. He was able to identify and resolve and issue 3 other mechanics could not.
