Today I visited my old neighborhood Target store. I used to shop here all the time when I lived right down the street from this store. Nice parking in the big Cypress shopping center. I purchased some petty things for the house. I didn't need anything major here. Big store, and lots to shop for. Good customer service here. I never had problems here.

This location is always so dark. It's a weird shopping experience. Definitely doesn't fit the Target standards and why I like to leisurely shop at Target. They are also never stocked up and always have their boxes in their isles. Messy.

Forced to give them a 1, per rude employee questioning number of items for Self Checkout. Was going there more often during the pandemic, per being in the area. Also, there's a lower sales tax rate in that area. Keep IM, I normally have Less than 15 items or Less than 10. A few months ago, Target starting going to 10 or less for Self c/o. The female employee questioned me about the number of items in my cart, whether it was 10 or less. (It was 8.) They were Easy to Count, large items like paper goods, soda, junk food. She asked somewhat rudely and stared at my cart. I said it looks like 8, and she seemed disbelieving and walked away. Note, other people's carts looked like more than 10. When doing the c/o, she was behind me. When done, I told her it was 8 items and showed her the receipt. She seemed a bit stunned and said Ok. If it's close to 10, let it go. Also, on other days, there was a female employee in clothing area, I assume folding things, but mumbling things. I've seen her before doing that. This day, another female-maybe a friend or coworker came storming down the aisle to her, then they both stormed away.

Whoa buddy this Target is not a pleasant place to shop. Sparse shelves and a weird layout. Spent way to long walking back and forth on a wild goose hunt for things that should be where the app says they are (but they're not, or they're sold out). And yes I know the inventory on the app is wildly unreliable but if the app says you have 3 left of something I feel like I have a pretty good chance of getting 1 of them. It was slim pickings on manyyyy things though. Also self checkout was shut down. Boooooo! Everyone was funneled to the cashiers and I had to interact (kinda) with a cashier who hated her job today (don't blame her), but like, I'd much prefer to interact with a self checkout screen. Daringly after all of this I visited their Starbucks for a black cold brew and watched as the barista (thankfully friendly) poured water over an espresso shot and serve it to me. Like my girl, I didn't ask for an americano. At that point though was just like eh could be worse. No pics bc wasn't planning on reviewing this particular Target so you're gonna have to take my word for it or dare to visit yourself.

As a senior citizen, I appreciate very much that Target has Consumer Cellular in its stores.

Defective Self Checkout I scanned the items and paid with my credit card but it did not print out the receipt. When I asked a human being, it's not charged so I paid it again with target woman. It may be a trap set by target to target customers with ccd camera man. Be very careful! I wonder when target will bankrupt.

I really like this place butJust a little adviceI came to this store because i needed to get shoes quick but by my surprice i was looking for the mens shoes and i ask and was show the area of women shoes and i only saw one side of the shelf with men shoes and there was only like 20 pairs of shoes and not even one of my size and look around and there was like 7 shelf of women shoes my luck ???Soo if any men want to buy shoes here better look somewere else

So I happen to live very close to this Target, been here many times throughout my childhood and now in my adulthood(especially with my new skincare obsession lol). I was just inside the store not too long ago and my cashier was honestly a pretty rude lady, the moment she was done helping this other group, she just had this attitude with me while I was being rung up. I was mentioning something regarding using my birthday reward or discount thing that this other nice lady who was my cashier tried to help me with as I've never used it before. All her response was about the Target Circle and how it's on there and so on, but the last time my previous cashier had noticed it was offering me the discount and asked me to just verify the birthday after typing in my phone number. In the end, I'll still shop at this location, but for certain I won't stand for the "I'm so done now get out of my line" attitude this particular lady gave me. Hopefully I don't get her again, if it does so happen once more-honestly I might leave a vocal complaint to anyone in leadership or management available. I also happen to work customer service, retail pharmacy to be exact at a 24 hour store, but even then I don't want to be a bitch to customers unless they enact something first. Just all I wanted to say on the matter.

This AP ask me to leave for no reason, and he said “If you don’t leave, I will arrest you”. Also he also threatened me he wanna punch my face. Plz be aware this guy, he is gang member to threaten customer.

I’m so freaking disgusted, went to shop there today and the cart the I was using I was so dirty, didn’t realize how filthy dirty it was until like 20min into shopping I saw two tiny dead roach on the corner. The bottom part was also completely filthy. I had my son on the baby seat portion and once I saw the dead roach I immideately took him out, and rushed to wash his hands. I did talk to the manager and all she said “I’m sorry”.I really believe this was a “recovered” cart. So filthy nasty.

Target is getting over priced and not the best store to shop in anymore. They use to be cleaner and better staffed than Walmart, but now there is no real difference. This location is also extremely warm and stuffy inside. Not the most plesant shopping experience.

Horrible service to apply for a red card or even use the store and or site to update the debit version of the card. I am also HIGHLY disappointed in the process of ordering items that say the are in stock.

Instruct your employees the moment a customer asks for something to drop everything and help them find the item.That's how you make sales. I was just at your store wondering for 15 minutes looking for the wallet section. Asked three employees and it felt many were unwilling to help. First person was great but unfortunately his directions weren't sound. Finally Miche'le left her spot to look for the only to find there isn't any.Same thing happens in Walmart.Same thing happens in Home Depot.Same thing is happening in Target where employees are unwilling to ho out of their way to help.It only takes 2 seconds to help the item. But apparently you guys are not willing to do that.Good! Now I will shop online.Employees don't give a &*** nowadays. Contemporary customer service in America is far cry from the ones used to be in the 80s and 90s.-God

I went in to get my pick up and the guest service team was very rude. They didn't seem happy to be there and were complaining about doing their job.
