I love Chang!! My mom was recommended to him years ago from a friend and loves him! He's honest, reliable, affordable, professional, sincere..etc I could go on and on about him. I was skeptical at first because of past experiences with other mechanics but HE'S SO DIFFERNET from your stereotypical mechanic. He is very respectful and doesn't take advantage of women knowing majority of women have no idea about cars.

Super funny and friendly staff. As a woman I am used to being ripped off when taking my car to an auto shop, so I was very surprised when they offered me a fair price and didn’t make up stores about gazillion other problems with my car. The repairs lasted for a few hours and my car isn’t making the weird noises like before. Def recommend, go check them out.Services: Electrical repair

Chanh is the absolute best!! Honest, reliable,caring, fair and a super nice guy. He is my lifesaver both of my cars. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars! I would give him 20 stars if I could.

Chan at T & K Automotive has been our family mechanic for over 10 years. Wouldn't trust our vehicles to anyone else. He's reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. Cheng is the best. He's very knowledgeable, and he explains the problems so you understand what he's needs to do. He will recommend repairs but won't try to up-sale you. I highly recommend him for all your car needs.

Mr Chanh is the man. My brother recommended this shop to me since he's been using for a while. Finally had a chance to bring my car in for an oil change. He was quick and informed me right away when it was ready. Pricing is definitely competitive. I'll be coming back for other work in the future.

My family has been going to T&K auto since I was a small child and I can confidently say that there is no better mechanic out there. It has always felt like I have a family member taking care of my car problems when I bring my car to Chahn -- I know without a shadow of a doubt that he honest, fast, reliable, fair, and will not take advantage of you in any way (which can't be said about most other mechanics...). You cannot beat T&K. I am so grateful to have a mechanic I can trust. I referred my friend in nursing school to T&K and here is his unsolicited feedback from his visit today with Chahn (see screenshot). I wish I could give T&K more than 5 stars since Chahn will always go above and beyond for customers and he always helps with a big smile on his face. Love him, he doesn't know it, but behind his back we call him Uncle Chanh because he's always treated us like family. As you can see from the testimonial from my friend that visited him for the first time today, he treats all of his customers with the same amount of respect and consideration. I had to add a disclaimer when I was gushing to my classmates about what an awesome mechanic and all around human Chanh is that it wasn't a sponsored ad, Chanh is the man and if anyone can fix it, Chanh can. Note: I'm doubting my spelling of his name at this point after reading other reviews, it seems like everyone has selected a different spelling for what is pronounced, "Chan."

My dad and I started going here when we lived in Cypress around 2011 and even after moving to Long Beach I still go back here for every mechanical issue I have. He is always kind and straightforward with you, he'll let you know about how much it should cost you once he knows the problem and never surprises you with anything you don't need/want. You can't ask for much more in a mechanic. And to top it off he just does really good work. The short commute from Long Beach is worth it 100%.

Great honest place to get your import serviced. They have excellent technical knowledge. BMW, Lexus, Toyota etc Chang is a gentleman. He is very reasonable and reliable mechanic!
