I went in for my black hair cut. The Asian barber kept on asking me how much hair cut I needed. Each time, I repeated myself and showed her how much hair I needed her to cut. She kept on messing with my black hair, pulling it up and saying, "I never cut this type of hair before." I told her that I have been to the salon before, and no one has ever told me they never cut my hair type before. I felt that was rude because my hair is black. I asked if someone was available to cut my hair. But no one was available. I told her to spray my hair and comb it out. She sprayed it out and used a small comb to comb it out. It was painful. I requested her to use a bigger comb, she couldn't find a bigger comb. The other lady then told her to go grab a bigger comb. Even with that, she was still unable to comb my beautiful black hair. She kept pulling my hair up, stating, "I never done this type of hair before." I was pretty upset and started combing my hair out myself. The other lady looked at me and said, "I don't know what you are upset about. There's language barrier here. She kept asking you to confirm your hair." I told her, and I kept explaining and showed her how much hair I wanted her to cut. And she kept pulling my hair stated she never cut this type of hair before. This lady literally told me, "Then, you can go to another Sportsclip." The barbers before were good. But, this has shown that it is a racist barber shop. It is not a place for blacks. They were so condescending, so rude and very impolite. Their quality of service is nothing to talk about. Their customer service was a zero. I wish I can give them a 0 star.

Kids Haircut: Directions given-- please check how short last haircut was and then follow it. So she proceeds with number three all around... OMG. it was suppose to be number three on the sides and blended to the top. Not sure how common sense just escapes or just check back to parent if confused. How many haircuts you do on kids that are same length all around??? NONe is the answer. So ridiculous for non cometitive pricing to other discount places.

I have never been to this sports clips but let me tell you, this is going to be my go to barber. Tracy was incredible and listened exactly to what I wanted and executed it beautifully. Definitely ask for Tracy you will not regret it.

We went in for a men's hair cut and we even showed a picture of the cut we wanted from a previous time he had gone to the same facility. She never asked more than 1 question and seemed to understand but then when she kept asking if we liked it, I kept saying...this isn't shorter, this isn't layered, this doesn't look like the picture. To which her response was just continuous irritation or a simple, quick "ok". Then she said, "well I can't keep cutting it".Finally, I said it looked fine, paid, and went to another barber to "un-crap" my hair. Terrible results, terrible service. The last time I go.

After my barber of some 30 years retired, my next two barbering experiences at two different shops were dismal. Then I found Angela. She is the consummate professional, a very skilled technician and a friendly soul. All the extras were much appreciated and the price was more than fair. I walked out feeling like a million bucks and look forward to my next haircut.

Been coming here for a while now. Overall I've had satisfying experiences and always left feeling like got a good haircut. Recently the last few visits I've noticed that all the stylists are different than the time before and there are lots of new faces here, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However some stylists are, well, gentler than others. At my most recent visit my stylist seemed very rushed to get me done and out the door. She was quite rough with her comb and repeatedly hit my head or scratched it while brushing my hair to cut it. She was also pretty rough with the trimmer and really pushed that s***** into my head. Though friendly, they seemed very eager for me to leave. I get they were 30 minutes away from closing and probably wanted to get things cleaned up so they could leave, I just wish my haircut didn't feel rushed.

Please do not go here. It's just not worth the hassle. We've been here a few times on and off for my husband and son and there is always something "wrong" with their register. We've been double charged because they swear the transaction hasn't gone through, yet it shows up as a double payment on our credit card. Just yesterday they kept saying the transaction wasn't going through, so they had me try three times with adding a tip every time. Still didn't work. The woman who did my sons hair and who rang us up was acting very odd. We felt very uncomfortable. They eventually told us to just leave. The whole thing made me feel very uncomfortable, especially with my young son with me.

Avoid this place at all cost. Worst cut ever. My line up was pushed back . The top part was cut way to short and my fade was not even blended look at my side they cut way to high. I feel robbed I'm higkey mad af cuz now I gotta wait for my hair to grow back. My barber name was Tasha and fu***kk im pissed af. Please if you care about your hair don't go here they'll mess it up ima upload a photo of me when a REAL BARBER cuts it. Also I told Tasha if she can't do it it's ok ill just pay and leave but she insisted and said she knows how but as you can see it was all a lie I'm so mad rn I paid and tip and got this piece of s*** haircut. The other picture the one that has a nice looking cut that's how it supposed to look like and as you can see it's not even close . PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR SEE MY STORY AS AN EXAMPLE TO NOT GO HERE.

Tom C. First let me start by saying, I am a Veteran and senior citizen. I've been blessed to have a healthy head of hair even at my age, and I'm rather picky about my haircut's. I've been coming here for a number of years now and have received many good haircuts and some not so good. And then around two years ago I met Angela. I was impressed with her right from the beginning. I remember her walking up to me, introducing herself, and shaking my hand. Angela has remained courteous, polite and respectful to me over these past couple of years. I've come to know her as a genuinely nice person. She is a consummate professional who strives at customer satisfaction. I give her my highest recommendation. And the store is always clean and well stocked. Thanks Matt B for a nice store.
