Great Customer Service Tam and Jazmine! It's Management and Customer Service as you both give that makes a Customer want to come back! From the first time I came in for new Spectrum Cable Service and a Cellular line to my visit today regarding a few questions I had, I received top notch service and left very satisfied! Such a dreadful long wait BUT their customer service was great!! Specifically from Cece, Romeo, and Jason. Had to come back for a couple days in a row to make sure I had returned the correct appliances and those specific team members were exceptional. They knew their information, they were efficient, and although it was back to back customers- they did it with a smile.

No one is greeting at the door so there’s nobody you can ask a question too. My aunt had an appointment we tried to sign her in and the system wouldn’t take her confirmation code so we had to sign in as a walk in! So what’s the point of having an appointment? They also have a kiosk and it doesn’t even accept cash or card payments so what’s the point? It’s about to be one hour and we still haven’t received any help. She’s been sitting at that number one spot for over 30 minutes. There were four employees and now they’re down to three. I get they’re busy but schedule accordingly, or have someone in the front greeting people to answer small questions.

Had a reservation but when I checked in the kiosk said I didn’t have one and v would be treated as a walk in with a crazy long line.

Can't do a good job. Didn't order a DVR and a regular box and end up calling Spectrum doing their job to fix the mess and the equipment will come 2 weeks later. Unbelievable

Terrible service, they have no urgency in helping customers. It seems like they're understaffed all the time. Spectrums in Los Angeles are always well staffed with fast service.

The most abysmal experience I've ever had in my life. Let's start with the situation:I upgraded my internet plan (which is now $200+ a month!!!!) and after a service outage, my router stopped communicating with my modem and spectrum couldn't find it or fix the problem, and asked me to take it into a store and exchange it. I've already had a myriad of things to do that day, most of which were impeded by my lack of internet access. So I brought my router to this store, and after signing in with 4 people ahead of me, I sat there for 50 minutes (!!!) before I was called to a desk. And that didn't go well. Admittedly, I'm clearly frustrated and my patience has worn thin. My agent asked why I was there today and I told him. He asks for my ID and I give it to him. And then he says to me (in a VERY sarcastic tone. This dude had a real attitude!) "so you think you could show me an I'd of someone on the account?" (I live alone. I'm the ONLy name on the account. My ID and the name on the account are not identical but variations of the same, like Steve/Stephen. He took issue with this!) My response to him was most certainly already out of frustration, but "are you f'ing kidding me right now???)This dude, clearly juiced up, begins screaming at the top of his lungs and slams his hands down on the counter. His little freak-out had him punching the cabinets behind him. "Someone cool off your ape please!"Yes. This really happened. I abruptly left the store and after experiencing a tightness in my chest, debated heading to the ER as I thought I might be having a heart attack. I sat in my car for a moment and proceeded to call Spectrum's customer service to issue a complaint against this store and to get my internet back up and running immediately. After countless heartless apologies over the incident that they claim they take very seriously, the earliest they could get someone out to fix my service was 3 days from now. So, I don't believe they really understood the damage they were causing here. I hung up and drove home and decided I needed some time to distress and gather my thoughts. The. It came time to call customer service again and issue the complaint again, and find out what to do about repairing my service. (I should note. I was having no issues with the service prior to this and made no changes to anything to cause any problem). After being transferred TWELVE TIMES. EACH TIME REPEATING ALL MY INFORMATION AND REASON for CALLING, it is suggested to me to try another store, or wait till the morning for them to send someone out to check my service. I decide to go to another store (Beach Blvd Westminster) where I am politely greeted as I walk in and was immediately helped. It turned out the problem all along was that the Cypress store gave me the wrong router from the start and I was not running the proper speeds that I had been paying for for several weeks. When they had the service down, rebooting the system locked out my router as it was incompatible (how it was working from the start I have no clue!). But the replacement router still didn't work and spectrum couldn't find it once it was hooked up, so a tech still had to come out the next morning. The tech, after a lot of troubleshooting, discovered that a previous tech had installed a primmer that was limiting my signal. I did need a signal as my location is very close to Spectrum's servers so my signal is VERY hot, but a previous tech installed an incorrect version which might have burned out the router. So, problem finally solved, and it turns out the problem was 100% their own incompetence. After the huge amount of drama I went through and was assaulted by an employee at this store, I received no service credit, no written or verbal apology, and no indication that they took this incident seriously whatsoever. I have ended my $200+ service with Soectrum and I have the same speeds with Frontier for $69 a month. After this incident, I can't ever recommend Spectrum service to anyone,

Crowded, but it was Saturday afternoon, so . . . I heard a tech tell a woman that it would cost her $49.00 per month for insurance on the new iPhone she just bought. Utterly ridiculous. Let's just say I'm not a big fan of Spectrum. I got no satisfactory answers to my questions.

This location and it's Employees are completely trash. They have terrible customer service and care less about what you are there for.I take the extra time to head down to the Westminster location if I need anything.

Why can't you choose ZERO stars. There should be an option for ZERO stars on this app! Spectrum has always had crap customer service, and today they prove they are sticking with that branding! 30 minute wait without even a "hi.." or "apologies for the wait" Nothing. Zero. Zilch nada. These people are ridiculous!It's almost like they're monopoly..... wait, they ARE a monopoly!!! Screw these people. Horrible company.

Jaycop (Jay) was really helpful. My wife and I had an issue with our internet and walked into spectrum and saw Jay. He resolved our issue & I recommend anyone to come check out spectrum with your internet, phone, or TV needs. Ask for jaycob! -David and Gaby. 9/5/23
