I came into this Spectrum store today 11/25/25 and had a great experience with a Spectrum representative named Angel. He helped me set up new phone and new mobile line. I appreciated his courtesy and he was very polite. Thank You for being very professional and helpful. I know most customers hate coming to this Spectrum store because the wait times are worse than the DMV. I made that mistake last time and came in as a walk in without an appointment. But this time I came in with an appointment and was called right away by Angel and he took good care of me thank you.

This has to be the worse store for spectrum 5 employees and and I've been here for almost 2 hours and I've been 2nd in line for over a hours online reservations keep coming up and keep pushing walk ins to wait more. Im honestly about to cancel service I cant be waiting 2 hours everytime I need to ask a question and im just returning equipment this is horrible have someone dedicated to help serve the quick in and outs like returning equipment..

Horrible staff, employees are rude , aren’t competent enough to handle simple returns of equipment that is no longer necessary. This store is a complete mess and whoever manages this store needs to close this location.

Never doing this again, the frustration of watching an employee finish with their customer and clock out is ridiculous. Came in 2 hours before they close and waited 1.5 hours and walked out. Went from 5 reps to 2 in less than 30min with 14 names in the queue. I was number 2 and it never moved. Recommend corporate drop into this store and watch how they operate. Contemplating just canceling my service with them altogether while I waited. All I was doing was picking up the equipment. Think twice before heading to this store. You'll be second guessing why you are even wirh them.

This is the worst. Just dropping off equipment. This really should not take this long. Really poor service but hey what can you expect with Spectrum.

The staff seems very nice, but the wait time is ridiculous. I think it’s a management issue. I waited TWO HOURS just to return a piece of equipment. Not sure how they’re running the business.

I already deal with my service working when it feels like it… now an hour+ wait when I got here at 10 am when they opened just to return equipment. RIDICULOUS!!

I have had an amazing experience today with this store! Lux is an amazing person and worker overall had me out of there quickly when I even made a big switch from carrier and last minute I decided to get a new iPhone for the first time! no matter he still got it done whilst handling other people and a call just amazing good work ethics! he will assist you with any issues or concerns thank you so much!
