Don't waste your money. They will claim that they will make it easy and you will never have to worry about your printer. That it will automatically schedule deliveries of toner when the machine gets low. We rely on one printer in our office and when it goes down we have to wait days for them to send a tech to fix the problem. The toner has NEVER been automatically Been delivered and we have to call or email every time we need supplies. They will lock you into a contract with false promises.

Technicians are great. Company/office personnel as a whole sucks. I see tech's that are bombarded and a horrible corporate management that cares nothing about their employees. Unfair business practices, labor violations, UNCONSTITUTIONAL vaccine requirement and not allowing employees option of weekly testing (per CDC and OSHA guidelines), refusal to accept medical and religious exemptions and refusal to accept responsibility of adverse effects from said vaccine. Who tells you to do something but accepts no responsibility?? These techs have been on the front line for almost 2 years bringing $$ in for the company so it didn't sink under the covid bs, now you force them from their positions?? I hope I'm around to see the office personnel's comeuppance. I think there are too many better options for service and repair. Do your research. Avoid this gestapo style company.

Absolutely, without a doubt the worst decision I could have ever made was to go with Xerox equipment through MRC. If I could give zero stars I would, because they have not earned the right to be given even one star. I can't say they drop the ball because they don't even pick the ball up in order to drop it in the first place.From the day they delivered my first machine (since they didn't deliver them both) while I was not there even though they were supposed to wait until I was there, to the times we needed a service call and didn't get one, to the times we needed toner to run our business and could not get any, to the next time we needed toner to run our business and couldn't get any, to the Service Agreement Contract I put in place before signing a contract which has not been lived up to, I HAVE NEVER, EXPERIENCED SUCH A COMPLETE FAILURE OF AN ORGANIZATION AT ALL LEVELS. I would be embarrassed to be part of this team. I would be ashamed to be a part of this team. And if I was a XEROX executive, I would fire them all and then fire myself for letting this situation get so ridiculously out of hand.It truly is that bad.

Bought a printer and two copiers and paid cash. After a few months main copier quit working. That was November 17, 2019. Today is Feb 14, 2020 and machine still not fixed. Finally I bought a new Canon. Xerox has no service. The sales manager Lisa, was rude to me-even yelled at me that I could sell the copier if I wanted to. They promise a replacement in contract, but Lisa could never find one. I believe they sold me a lemon and probably a used copier. Totally non responsive company. DON'T BUY XEROX!!!

For my Xerox D110: This is my first review since So Cal Office merged with MRC. I cannot say that I have had many experiences with the new side of the merger, but what I can say is that prior technicians that still remain in the company, Brandon Hopkins, Jose Magana, and Chris Castaneda are the most efficient, conscientious professionals ever. I hope that MRC realizes what gems are working for the company. My greatest fear is that one or all will move to another department or leave me stranded. The care they give is untouchable. The three of them never cease to amaze me with how they go above and beyond to help. In the most recent past, I had an issue with parts delays and I sent a text to Brandon who made the effort to expedite my order--which made my blood pressure go down by decades. I am never worried when one of these three men come to service my machine because the problem will be diagnosed and the machine will be fixed. There are even times when the issue is diagnosed over the phone and the technician will order the part for me--limiting several days worth of downtime. This week's encounter was with Jose, who while during a service call, saw issues on my machine that I was unaware of which he rectified before it became a potential problem that could cause production to halt. I just feel as if these gentlemen sincerely treat me like part of their community. Each technician WANTS to please their client. It is important for customer service to remain at the highest priority. It is the heart and soul of a company. It's what keeps me feeling like I matter. So this will be the first of many reviews; I am one who likes to say something nice, nor not at all. So let's keep these reviews coming, shall we? I say, "YES!" For my Xerox 4250 - Jason Robinson arrived quite quickly, lightening fast, I might add. He instructed me on what the problem was and even ordered the part for me, showing me how to replace it when it arrived. Once again, wonderful service and follow through. Just waiting for the drum to arrive so that the problem will be a distant memory!

Well this would be the last time I do business with them period. Everything I write here I have proof of. After we agreed on the equipment it took them a month to delivery. They said set up will be done within a day or two. That took another 3 to 4 weeks. Then the machine was a used and none working unit. Took them another week or so to bring a new unit. Meanwhile they were billing us the fees without us using it. Then come to find out their sales person has signed a document and initialed my name on 2 documents. Now they wont respond or come correct their errors. BTW the software we got thru them to do OCR is not working properly. SO NEVER WILL WE BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. NOT TO MENTION OUR LEGAL TEAM DRAFTING DOCUMENTS FOR FRAUD

3 Stars now. I don't know what happened. But I do know that a few employees were moved to other positions. The service has become much slower when ordering toner. After it's ordered thou you can receive it in one day. Watch the packing for wrong toner size. Has happened to me 2 times now causing delays at work. And sometimes the packing is so taped up it takes several minutes to open.
