Sadly in my experience with this “Branch” they were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I believe that when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE, you should NEVER judge a book by the COVER.
They just might have more than you think or even more than you. What a Disappointment!!

Customer service straight up lied to me saying the check I deposited was good and I had nothing to worry about and today the check didn't go through making my account negative 700$ I went in to the branch to see what I can do and they couldn't help me in any way. In the end I got screwed out of 700$ and now don't have a way to take care of my family

I really like the school’s first FCU, today came in to cypress branch to set up a wire transfer. Now Waiting for more than 1 hour still to call my name. Seems that have staffed as needed for the morning.
