The Loss Prevention Greeter was fine until I could hear her pretty loudly and clearly describe me looking at the jewelry counter to another team member. Maybe be a little more discreet? Didn’t want to buy anything after this :| other than that the store is pretty clean for a Ross.

Bad customer service, the Manager (Tall, Man with curly hair/glasses) is very rude he definitely needs leadership training. Most of the employees gossip about themselves and it's unprofessional to hear all the drama they have amongst themselves.

I hate to throw the race card in there but literally I'm the only black guy in the store and security has his eye on me everywhere I'm going same with the girl behind the counter until I ask her hey where are the men's clothes and then she turns her head like I didn't say anything and she wasn't just staring at me and then the whole time I'm drinking a can drink that I walk into the store with they didn't sell this drink but the girl saw me at the counter with the empty can and overlooked all of the items that I was planning to buy and tried to scan the can of soda that I walked into the store with knowing that they don't sell it just because somebody walks into your store and they have a hoodie on does not mean that they're going to steal and it wasn't until I pulled out a little wad of cash did the security finally turn his head and look the other way I should have known better than to shop at a Ross in Orange County

I was the only black person in the store and every time I look at security he's looking right at me so I resort to just staring at him the whole time until he's just standing there looking uncomfortable same with the girl at the register as soon as I see her staring I ask her where something was and she turns her head like she wasn'tjust staring at me.... I walked in with a can drink in my hand by the time I got to the counter the can was empty do you know the girl behind the register overlooked all the items in my hand saw the empty can and tried to grab it to scan it cuz she thought I just grabbed it off the shelf and started drinking it I should have known better shopping at a Ross in Orange County Just because somebody is black and they walk in with the hoodie doesn't mean everybody in the store needs to start hounding them down it's weird and it makes it mad uncomfortable for me to even shop in certain businesses cuz they like staring at you thinking you're about to start stealing it wasn't until I pulled out a little knot of cash out my back pocket did the security finally turn his head and start looking at the rest of the store

The place is organized and clean compared to other Ross I've been to. This Ross has good people who are helpful and hardworking even though they are short staffed on cashiers.
