Today was my 1st time purchasing from Revolution, and it was a great experience. I went there the evening before and they had to pick up the tires. First thing the next morning, the tires were there, and they installed them fast. The people at Revolution were so friendly, it was just like visiting family. They are my new GO-TO!!

What a fantastic experience! Very professional and kind service. Went in to change out my wheels on my Chevy Silverado, and they were completed quickly and with care. Highly recommended!

Very Nice and Friendly Staffs and an Owner.
I really recommend this Shop in Strongly. Of course, everyone has a different idea.
However, I felt it.
They open on Saturday only for Appointsments.
They recommend that Air Pressure Check Once per Month, Oil Change, and Tire Rotatin per every 5,000 miles. If you purchased Tires at this Revolution Tires and Wheels, they will do the Service Free Air Pressure Check-up and Free Tire Rotation.
In my case, I changed 4 tires so you had better make sure it with them.

I needed two tires and TPMS replaced for my EV, searched Yelp and called around 10 tire stores nearby to get quotes, and Revolution Tires was the last one I called. The first thing they asked me was what was the cheapest price I got and they'll match it, and they got the tires I needed the very next day. Waited an hour because I also got alignment done at the same time, great price, great service, professional installation, highly recommended.

I took my car there a few times.One for an oil pan gasket leak and the other for a new radiator.My oil pan experience: I was able to take my care after a few days and everything seemed to be good. Then about 4-5 days later it leaks. I bring it in and ask them to fix since that is what I paid for.Mary (David's mother) who answers the calls told me that the cap fell off and said I have to pay $100 for a fix as a discount for paying cash. I was not happy about this but felt I had no choice. Mary said they tightened it enough - my question is how would she even know ?Anyways the prices were decent so I took it there for a radiatorI took my car and everything was going well until about 3-4 weeks in when IT started to leakk. I moved to Irvine at this point so couldnt go back and leave my car there so took it to another shop in my area to.They diagnosed it and said the plug for the radiator had putty around the top - they ordered the new part and showed me the difference. The new part Looks like the younger guy who installed the radiator put putty around the freakin plug because the part (they should have ordered a new one) was broken. Not sure if he used my part or ordered a new one but regardless putty does not belong on a plug to avoid a dang radiator leak.Im writing this review because this place is terrible. Davids nice but his mom will run this place down. I have been there a few times and noticed 1 guy who ordered tires who had been there for 2+ hours then watched a mini family dispute. Don't blame David, as his mom's an obvious snake, is rude, and greedy. She does not know what she is talking about and acts like she does when it comes to cars. I am giving this place 2 stars only because of David. Get your stuff together Mary stop scamming and lying. 0 trust.

Long story short, another tire place tricked me into believing they patched up my tire when in fact they didn't. I came here 30 minutes before closing and ask if they can patch it.The guy was in the middle if another job, but gladly said he can do it. Very accommodating, no bs, straight to the point, hassle-free.

Was recommended here by a friend. But of course I know everyone experience is different. Was sort of surprised they took me in last minute to mount and balance my four tires and give me a alignment. I knew my tires were big and how time consuming it could be because I as well used to work in the industry. I didn't care how long it would take as long it was done right. I feel like if the person working on the job wasn't able to take their time and do it correctly I should have been told to come back another time instead of waiting and not being happy when the job was done. As I was headed home I knew my alignment wasn't done correctly. My steering wheel crooked to the right and car drifting the same way. After hopping on the freeway I wanted to test the balance on my tires coming to find out they were vibrating the car. Today I had some time do go get my alignment done by another shop & what a surprise my camber,caster, & toe was off. Tires were re-balanced and vibration is now gone. I'm not upset at the shop I just wished the job was done right knowing I was the only customer left since the job started.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER SHE LIES IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , EXTREMELY LONG WAITS DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY AS PROMISED 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE VERY UPSET WITH THEM TOO. I ADVISE NEVER TO GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT A LONG WAIT , LIES AND LOWSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Got very curt responses over the phone and then immediately hung up on. I thought the online reviews about great customer service were accurate. I guess anything can be faked these days.

They are unable to install a tire manufactured in 2011.
