Very friendly and honest service. Just as his store's name, he quickly fixed my chain and pendant by swapping a bail and clasp by laser welding them and not just solder. He also cleaned my chain at no additional charge! Took less than 15 minutes!

I would leave no stars if I could. My mother decided to bring my deceased grandfathers watch here because it had a slight grind noise when winding. I asked her just for a quote to get the jewel cleaned and the issue looked at, to see if it was even worth repairing. She came back to me and said it would be over $400. I asked for what, and she said it was for: a New jewel, cleaning the band, cleaning the face and to get it running correctly.... I didn't ask for any of that. My main concern is getting it running and I'm getting a quote for a full detailing... and replacement of undamaged parts?? I called and spoke to J, I asked if he cracked the case open to inspect the watch and he said no.... So you looked at it and handed it back without doing anything.... and then want to give my mother a ridiculous cleaning quote??? Like a mechanic who looks at your car and offers to clean it for you instead of find out what's wrong with the engine.... bad bad service. Trying to rip off women. Shame on you.

This place is Great!! I thought the owner was very pleasant. I was looking into places to get my bracelet adjusted. I came back to this place because he seemed like a genuine person. He took less than 15min to do the cut and welding! You can tell he has experience. I don’t think the price was too bad compared to other places. I recommend coming here and I will definitely be back if I ever need to.

Ive come here in the past to fix a link in my chain and , the repair didnt cost much
Recently i came back and forget about it . The cost I was given to fix a small break i could just buy a new chain .

Im sure another place can do my repair for way less ,

I received my Tiffany necklace tangled from Tiffany's jewelry alteration department. I was so disappointed and tried to untangle it myself, but couldn't manage to get it untangled due to the thinness of the chain. My boyfriend called Quick Fix and the representative said that he would be able to untangle it for me if I brought it in. I brought it in and he was able to untangle it within minutes. I was so happy that I didn't have to resend it in to Tiffany and wait weeks on end for it to be returned to me. I was pleased with Quick Fix's service, reasonable price, and customer service. Thanks!

This person Jay is arrogant and doesn’t deserve even a $10 business. I needed to get a jewellery repaired and was asking for reducing the price, but his response was very arrogant. You will pay the price one day for this attitude!

This was a "jewel" of a business find for me today. I found it on Yelp and decided to try based on its high ratings. Jay was very communicative returning my phone call. And, he was most helpful in repairing my beloved bracelet on the spot in less then 10 minutes. I appreciate the work he did and the very fair price he gave me compared to a different jeweler I have frequented in the past --They wanted to charge me four times the price insisting I needed a new clasp (upsell). Jay is my new go to jeweler!

I just came in for a watch battery and to have some links taken out of a watch band, but I was treated very kindly by Jay and he fixed everything and as a courtesy he cleaned my current watch band. So thank you Jay, I will be back for my jewelry repairs.

I really looked around and read allot of reviews before I could find a place I could trust taking my wife’s ring to get resized. And after reading the reviews for this place I figured I could trust this place. The reviews were right! My wife and I are extremely happy with the work he did! We didn’t realize he was about to close and he still fixed both rings in time and his quality of work is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
