Absolutely wonderful local pet supply shop. Great prices and service. The cockatoo is very sweet and wonderful and dances with me sometimes, also has a loud and wonderful voice it likes to use on occasion to greet you ??They carry grain free foods, finally got my dogs bloating down. They also have a wonderful array of holistic treatments for dogs and cats for all sorts of allergies, bug bites, and other ailments. Great shop with awesome service. Come support a local business and enjoy!

Had a wide selection of high quality dog food, grabbed something that was marked down that was too good to pass on. Polite and quiet older couple run the shop, their guard cockatoo will let them know you're there ?. Looked like they have everything you could need in one place, medicine and holistic care. Fish, bird, rodents too. They had a lot of variety and everything was labeled so no need to ask for prices.

A fantastic, small pet shop. They are super helpful when you ask questions and they have a great stock and inventory. Prices are better than Petco and Petsmart and you don't need to bring a coupon. The cute little bird in the back is such a sweet pie, I love getting greeted by that adorable cockatoo! Take a minute to come here for your needs, they have a lot of holistic and natural remedies for dogs, cats, birds, and fish.

This review is solely based on my phone experience- highly concerned for whatever goes on here & it sounded like a very sick old, wheezing man who just like barely said “hello” (I literally thought I dialed wrong # at first!) and then some sort of animals could be heard in the background crying. I’m tempted to go there just to make sure everything’s okay- despite him telling me they don’t carry the food I’m looking for (picky spoiled poodle pup!)

Was looking for bird items and decided to go to Q pet, upon entering the cashier paid no attention to me and someone from the back greeted me, then disappeared, there's a cockatoo in a small cage, not too sure if wings were clipped or not due to me observing the cage other than that they look okay but quite sad and just in need of attention, there was a bunch of seeds and feathers on the items under the parakeet cage so i decided to get something for my dog. there was this pig ear products that looked okay, i picked up a snout and on the back it was covered in webs and dead spiders... like how bad does it need to get for it to be cleaned? there was webs on more than one and wasn't gonna keep checking either way, not to mention a spider nest on it. I left that place and told myself i was never gonna go back to Q pet

So. We dropped in here and checked it out. I got an impression that much of the inventory has been here a while as the packages had faded and they were not near direct sunlight. They have a cockatoo stuck inside a solid plexiglass cage and the poor bird was loosing its mind. There was a big portion in the back that was filled with rows and rows of homemade copies DVDS. Lots and lots. Sounded kinda crazy with the screeching bird,.. a couple older women in back yelling and talking loudly. It DOES have a unique variety of high end pet food available as well as terrarium products and fish supplies. It's a great option for getting stuff and supporting your local businesses. It's got plenty of parking inside that strip mall. Keep Fido happy and bring him/her home a new toy,.. cuz we all love our precious little fur babies!

I randomly stumbled into finding this shop because I ran out of dog food during the holidays and I'm so glad I did! This is hands down one of the best dog food stores in this area. Carries a lot of the high end kibbles you will not find at other big name stores. The owner is really nice and always greets with a smile. I had an issue with my puppy having an upset stomach due to allergies and they switched the food to something else for me without a problem.
