I've worked for Pharmerica for 10yrs, truly enjoy working there... but it's not fair that new hires, many who just finished school and/or have no experience in LTC, are paid more than technicians who have been working there for 10 years like myself. Very unfair!! Corporate really needs to do something about this ASAP!. We are expected to train new hires knowing how unfair our pay wage is. You ask how we know how new hires are getting paid more? Simple... Indeed, it has the starting rate they are offering. And yes, I have personally confirmed the starting rate.. The starting rate is a lot more than what we, as veteran technicians, are getting paid. Very sad. Very discouraging. Loyalty means nothing apparently to Pharmerica.
