Great little clock and watch shop. Needed to get the battery replaced on my Rado watch. Those normal watch kiosk places in the mall can't be trusted with this fine watch. They were able to take care of it very quickly and recommended that this watch should have the battery replaced yearly and that the one I had in it (probably 2-3 years old) had started to leak. Really appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and recommendation!

Took in a vintage watch that wasn't working properly. Gary looked it over and assured me it could be repaired. The finished watch looks amazing and runs like new. I would equate this more to a restoration than a repair. While I could have bought several new watches for the cost of repairing this one, the memories are priceless. Thanks Gary! I had taken this to a couple other "watch repairers" but you were the only one that inspired the confidence that it was worth having this done.

I went to get my watch battery replaced . Excellent customer service at reasonable prices . I will be bringing the rest of my watches for battery replacement. I use to take my watches to a watch repair shop in Alhambra , the owner retired this year . I am glad I found Owen & Son Clocks & Jewelry in Cypress , Thank you !

This is a great place. Everyone is so friendly. I took in my 40 year old clock that I love. They fixed it very quickly and at a reasonable price. They're great!! I'm so happy to have my clock working again!!

A quick google search brought me here as I was seeking some advice and knowledge on a pocket watch I had stumbled upon! The gentleman that helped me ( I forgot to ask his name) was kind enough to take time and explain to me what I had in my possession. He told me the year it was made and how it worked, also gave me a quote on how much it would cost for him to have it working back the way it should! What a great service! Thank you and I will be back again for sure!

A quick call to confirm they were open for a watch repair / link removal and they mentioned they need about 10 minutes or so depending on the watch and when I arrived. The owner was super friendly and obviously very knowledgable with the amount of clocks and watches in the shop and I was in and out in no time - GET IT! The price was right and I would come back for other repairs, if needed! Thanks for the great customer service!

I popped into this shop with no appointment for a battery replacement of my beloved watch (Cartier Roadster), as well as addition of links. This wonderful, salt of the earth couple (Gary and Connie) is a huge reason I love supporting small businesses. Gary took care of my watch in record speed, and I'm pretty sure I was only charged for the battery (which was extremely fairly priced btw). Truly kind and honest people are often hard to come by these days, so I really appreciated the level of service.! If we were staying in this area, this would be my go-to repair shop for sure. Thank you, Gary & Connie.! Wish you both a lifetime of happiness.. and maybe a granddaughter to add to your clan ;)

The original owner of Owen's shop serviced several of my vintage and collectable watches over the years and I was always very happy with his work. After he passed away, I brought my Omega Seamaster Professional in for service and asked if the work would still be done on-site. I was assured all work would be done there, and that they had an expert watchmaker who would service my Omega properly. After I received my serviced Omega, I soon noticed that it would sometimes stop for an unknown reason. I returned to the shop asking to have this problem corrected, only to find they had sent it to someone in Los Angeles for the service. I asked that they correct the problem left the Omega with them again. When I received the Omega after the second try, I was charged for yet another service! When I asked why this was, I was told that they didn't like the guy who did the last service and they had to send it to another. Needless to say, I will never do business with this shop again, nor will I recommend them to any of my watch collector friends.

I needed to have some batteries replaced in a couple watches and the fast professional service they gave me was just what I needed! Since Covid hit it seems like there is no good customer service anywhere, but this location was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, very fast service. Prices were excellent and I will come back anytime I have any kind of watch/clock repairs! Highly recommend to all!
